A college having enough potential if explore properly but neglected by the management.
Placements: The Pharmacy College does not provide on-campus interviews for final year students as engineering colleges do. Instead, graduates must apply for jobs after graduation. Fortunately, the job opportunities are quite good, as there are many pharmacies in the area. In addition, companies such as Cipla and Lupin hire graduates to work in their companies.
Infrastructure: The college lacks infrastructure, and often the labs don't have the necessary chemicals or apparatus for practical work. Running out of reagents is a common occurrence in the labs, which is a major inconvenience. The hostel provides a safe environment, and the food is good and healthy. The medical college has a cafeteria that is open to students and visitors. The college holds arts and sports events every year, and students participate with enthusiasm and competitiveness.
Faculty: The faculty at my college are good enough. They are qualified and knowledgeable enough to clarify our doubts. However, sometimes our college doesn't have the faculty for a particular subject, and that can make it difficult for students to learn the material. Exams are conducted properly, and the curriculum is followed without fail. Semester exams are hard if we don't study regularly and properly, but if we do, it's easy to get a passing grade. However, only hardworking students can manage to get a distinction.
Other: The college is not worth the money, but the course is. The campus lacks social life, and the pharmacy college is located in the medical college, so we don't have much connection with the hospital or the people there. I chose this college to study further and research in medicinal chemistry. I wish that our course had more practical exposure in hospitals. The college conducts cultural programs and celebrates holidays like Onam, Christmas, and Ifthar. Scholarships are not provided.

It is a good profession here.
Placements: It was a medical professional course but it did not provide any placement so after course, we had to seek jobs ourselves. This type of course did not offer placement after completion of course. We could do a job and after getting experience we could work abroad too.
Infrastructure: Many labs were available because our course was based on the help of labs, so labs were well maintained and required equipments were available. There was a good library. Many pharmacy-related books and journals previous year question papers were there.
Faculty: There were 8 semesters available, it was a 4 year degree so 8 university exams were there. Every semester we had almost 6 months. There were good teachers, and they were very supportive. We had lab so it was made to work in industry. We will prepare well.
Other: I got this through the KEAM examination. This was a scope-full medical course so I chose it. After completion, we will be able to understand more drugs and their uses. We had no more events but we celebrated Onam, Christmas, and Iftar.
