This is the best place.
Placements: About 70% of students are placed. The salary package offered is 3 LPA to 5 LPA. Oberoi, The Park, GRT, Lemon Tree, Taj, ITC, and international cruises are recruiters. Everyone got an internship at an international hotel. They offered management training and executive training.
Infrastructure: As per government guidelines, phones are not allowed in college. Classrooms are well maintained with good air conditioning. Kitchens are highly maintained with international equipments. They will teach you how to handle the flame and the temperature of the food with proper hygiene.
Faculty: It's my privilege to be trained under such good faculty members. International equipments and the experience of faculty members will teach you how to become a challenging chef. The semester exams are not that difficult. They will teach in a way that will make us write the exams with confidence.
Other: Sports and recreational activities are conducted every year.

I am satisfied with the course.
Placements: Many students get placements like in cruise ships. For the placements, students have to give an interview, and according to that, they get their placement and that also apply for jobs in very good hotels. Even hotels like Taj and Marriott visit our college to hire students.
Infrastructure: Labs in which we cook food are always cleaned and sanitised every day. Classrooms are cleaned every day too. I stayed in the college hostel. It maintains the hostel clean and tidy. The college has a vast array of books, which are very helpful for making any dish.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and have a very good knowledge of what they teach. Their teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum makes the students ready as they are taught not only about Indian cuisine but also continental as well. As per my experience, semester exams are quite tough, but if you have the concept in your mind, then it is good.
