Absolutely dissatisfied with the hostel and it's staff.

Placements: In Dattakala Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Research, there are almost no placements since a long time (it comes under Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University). Dattakala college of pharmacy have placements (It comes under SPPU). I wouldn't recommend this college of other state students.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is present in girls hostel but it doesn't work properly. Labs and classrooms are average with very less number of fans in comparison to the room size (it gets very hard to be in class and labs in summer). Quality of hostel & mess is very bad. Library is good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified but their teaching is not so good (they make many mistake while teaching). I wouldn't recommend this for other state students because of the language barrier. Required attendance for DKIOPSR is 80% (as started by our teachers). Classes starts at 9am and ends at 4 pm with 1hr break in between from 12pm to 1pm for lunch/bunch (mess don't provide breakfast). .

Mandatory Subjects : Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics
Candidate must have studied Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics/Biology subjects with above mentioned marks in the above subjects taken together from any recognised Board/Council. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying examination are also eligible. Maharashtra State candidates must have to appear for MHTCET. All India Candidates need to appear for MHTCET/NEET.
