Satisfied with the faculty, not with the placement system though.
Placements: We don't have too many students in our course, that is, B.Sc. Biotechnology. There are only 25-30 students enrolling every year, and we don't have placements in graduation in our department, so I don't have much knowledge about the recruiting companies, and we don't get internships from college. If you want to do an internship, it's your personal choice.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is good; it's not top-notch, but it's up to the mark according to the fee structure. We have been provided with Wi-Fi in the college; it doesn't work at some places but does at some places, so it's good. Labs are there, classrooms are clean, smart classes have been conducted from this year, you can connect to the library, the hostel is also good, a gym is there, mess food is okay, sports like badminton and volleyball can be played, and a library is there in the hostel.
Faculty: The faculty of our department are good. Some of the faculty members are really trying to teach us everything they've got. They do their best to teach you, tell you the best of knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant, it doesn't make students industry-ready though, and semester exams are up to the syllabus.
Other: I chose this course because we really do need biotechnology in future fields. Events are being conducted in the college, especially sports; athletic events are conducted. Connection to new people, new opportunities, you can also opt for extracurricular activities like NCC, NSS, DSWC, and other clubs.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: There were around 19 students in our batch, and none of them got placed. Our seniors got placements in master's. Companies like HonorVet visited the campus for placements. There were no internships for our course, which was disappointing.
Infrastructure: Our college provided very good facilities and infrastructure. It had two well-maintained labs for each course. The hostel was available for both girls and boys, but the food was not much great. The quality of the food in the canteen was very good and affordable, which was great.
Faculty: Teachers were qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was great. The course curriculum was relevant and enough to prepare students for industry. Semester exams were not much difficult. If you study properly and know the basics, you will pass exams. The pass percentage was 35%.
Other: Internships should be made necessary for the biotechnology course. There are no fests in our college. Our college conducts an annual week, which includes different activities like sports, cultural, and DJ night. They provide scholarships to students.

Needs improvement in internships and placement programs.
Placements: Around 25% students were placed in my course. The highest package offer would have been 3lac per annum but I am not sure about the lowest. Mostly laboratories for pharmaceutical companies are recruiting. No one gets internships in our course. Lab assistant, research partner, etc. are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: We have mostly all the facilities and infrastructure available. The Wi-Fi is sometimes there sometimes it doesn't works and the labs classrooms and library is well facilitated. The quality of food wasn't satisfactory in hostel but college cafeteria has some good options, medical facilities are limited and sports and games are also limited.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful most of the times they are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was quite nice and understandable. No the course curriculum is not relevant and doesn't make students industry ready. Semester exams are pretty tough and pass percentage is 33.
Other: I chose this course because I was in a dilemma and also it was the only easy option I thought would be. The thing I like about this course is it allows us to experiment and research about organisms. Things like internship programs, and campus placements I hope could be better. Events are always being organized, Fest hasn't been organised since covid pandemic situation, Campus crowd, connectivity and surroundings aren't much engaging and the scholarships are available.

It provides best teachers, good placements, and all types of extracurricular activities are held.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed. Himalayan and many other companies were the top recruiting companies. Quality control, chemist, teacher, lecturer, development officer, agriculture assistant, and many others join government jobs. Internships attending from Fri Dehradun and many of hospital Synergy and Max.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very good for good studies. MLT, Biotechnology, BPT MLT, MM, forestry, agriculture, horticulture, B.Com, M.Com, B.Ed all courses were available. Laboratories and classrooms were well maintained for study with projectors. The hostel was good, and there were 4 hostels. There was good food also, and a good attractive cafeteria available on the campus where students can spend time after classes. OPD, laboratory, ambulance all types of medical facilities were available. Games like badminton, table tennis, kabaddi, and volleyball all were available.
Faculty: The teaching staff was very well experienced and their teaching was good for every department. Around 33% were required to pass the semester exam, and around 75% of attendance was mandatory. Teachers were supportive and they help in academics also in co-curricular activities. Maximum teachers were Ph.D. and the best understanding level of teaching.
Other: Students are in 21 century and biotechnology was the most interesting subject, and also working in social the field contains new many interesting topics that's why I opted for this course biotechnology. More laboratory work was there. Many extracurricular activities like NCC, NSS, Scout guide, Redcross many students participated in this activity, I was also part of NCC for the last 3 years.

Good but not too happening as it's alot boring in the college.
Placements: We don't have placements in B.Sc. but in M.Sc. there is placements for which we need to enroll ourselves. Only a few apply for the placement also not much emphasis is laid on it. Certain pharmaceutical companies of the local place itself visit the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not very good but just okay. The campus doesn't have free Wi-Fi access. Their is a library not very big enough. The labs in the college are good. The newly made canteen is quite good. The college hostel isn't within the campus. And the hostel has good infrastructure but no good food.
Faculty: The faculty members are good. The teachers are well qualified and teach very well. We have smart classes also in the class. Few of our semester has some industrial visit or educational tour. The faculty members have a good interaction with the students and are very helpful.
Other: The college is good in extracurricular activities specially in sports. Many prizes have also been secured and a lot of participation is done in various matches.
