College is not so good because the placement is poor.
Placements: In our college, placement and internship opportunities are not so good; students work on their skills themselves and prepare for industrial experience. College placement for all branches is different. For example, in biotechnology, all students are placed with a good LPA, and it is also the same with the Chemical branch. However, computer science, electronics, and IT have a low placement rate, but it depends on the students' skills. Those who work hard achieve success, such as off-campus placements. Most students prepare for the GATE exam and do not focus on placement as much. Recently, TCS came to our campus for hiring in 2025.
Infrastructure: Our college has a lush green campus, really because all around the campus is greenery, with a 20-acre expansion. Our college building is quite old; some places are damaged and need renovation. In our college, a new CSE building has been made. The inauguration was done, and its infrastructure is really excellent and well-organised with proper departments. Classes have a large capacity, and all labs are available on campus, but the systems do not work properly. A major portion of the campus is empty. First-year boys have hostels outside the campus, while girls have hostels inside the campus for all year students. The Wi-Fi on campus does not work.
Faculty: At the AITD campus, the faculty are good, and their knowledge helps students with any problems. Teachers are well-educated, and classes for the first and second years go smoothly, but after that, they do not. In AITD, there are two mid-semester exams, one month apart, which are not too difficult. End-of-semester exams are conducted according to the affiliated university circular, and their difficulty level is low, so anyone can score passing marks easily. The passing percentage is 33%, and attendance is mandatory for the mid-semester. The content delivered by teachers is relevant and helpful. Curriculum events also happen throughout the year, along with webinars.
Other: Money is gainful if you study properly, and the crowd rate is fixed because there are limited seats. Campus life is not as good as IITs.

Overall average college and self dependent college.
Placements: In my college, the percent rate of student placed is 40 percent which is very low. And the range of packages is around 1.5 LPA to 8 LPA and the highest package is from Microsoft that is 50 LPA. Top Recruiting company of my B. Tech course is Microsoft, TCS, Wipro and etc. Top roles offer to my course is software engineers.
Infrastructure: My college is old but not too much old. Here college covers only 40 percent of the building and remaining is empty or damaged. Wi-Fi facility is there but speed is too low. Conditions of lab is not very satisfactory. And limited books are there. So most of the students go to the library for the self-study purpose.
Faculty: Here teachers are helpful but not sufficient for the GATE exam purpose. In my opinion most of the student come here is for attendance and they study online. And teachers only covers the semester exam not for the industry purpose. Semester exam is not too hard, if the student just before exam he/see only pass. And passing marks is about 33 percent.
Other: Actually I don't aware about this college and this college is allotted by the counseling. My course is B. Tech CSE. So that's why it's give up-lift from the other branch. Here environment is good or students are too much disciplined. And it is improved when syllabus is up-to-date. Here per year 1 cultural fest, 1 game fest, 1 fresher dest is organised. And campus crowd is low. And this is government college so scholarship is also get.

Regarding faculty, infrastructure, and study, the overall experience feels unsatisfactory.
Placements: I am in the B.Tech CSE department of this college. The placement rate is around 30-40%, with packages ranging from 1.5 LPA to 50 LPA and an average of 5.2 LPA, which is not so good, and till now the highest is 50 LPA in 2023 at Microsoft. Major recruiters include Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. Around 25-30% of students get an internship, mostly off-campus. The main roles offered are Software Engineer, Web Developer, and Data Analyst. But most of the students of this college believe in a start-up.
Infrastructure: The campus is too small, with an area of 14,000 square Meters. Classroom size is good, but some fans are not in running condition. The water cooler is functioning, but the quality is poor. Labs are there, but not too advanced. The library is good for self-study purposes, but the books are limited. Wi-Fi covers 60 percent of the college building, and the speed is slow. The hostel is only for 1st-year students and is not on campus, away 3-4 km from the college. The private hostel and its quality are good. Medical facilities are not provided. Sports and games are available; lots of students play, but only one common ground.
Faculty: My honest opinion is that most of the teachers are not very qualified for teaching in B.Tech. Knowledge is not up to the mark, and their teaching quality is not so good. So, most of the students study online. As engineers, we should have knowledge of every subject, but in my university, the syllabus is too old and needs to be updated. If an irrelevant subject is removed from the syllabus, then most of the students can focus on their skill portions and get ready for the industry. The semester exam is not tough, and the pass percentage is 33 percent.
Other: Actually, I aim to do B. I was taught by IITs and NITs, but I had a low percentile, so I didn't get it. Through counseling, I chose this college because it is a government college. I want that in the 1st year all the subjects we should learn, but from the 2nd year on, only industrial subjects should be taught. And in my college, Fest-events are there, but they should be organized in a better manner.

You can choose this if you want the titles of government colleges.
Placements: Among 100 percent of students, only 30-40 percent get placed. The highest package is 50 LPA, but it is off-campus. The average package is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. I have not heard of any good companies coming to this college. In my course, the top roles are software engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is poor. The college campus is too small, and they do not have good buildings or any canteens, and they have broken walls. Wi-Fi is present in the college library. Talking about the hostel, the food is not really good; you will get bored after some time, and the hostel has Wi-Fi available.
Faculty: The college has two mid-semester exams and two semester exams, which are conducted by AKTU, and the difficulty level was moderate. The curriculum is not making us industry-ready. If you can uplift your skills and have hands-on experience, then it makes you industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course as I wanted to pursue my career in the teaching industry. I guess they should teach us subjects that are more relevant to industrial work. Talking about the fees, it is 70,600 from the second year onwards; in the first year, it is 76,500. This extra amount will be refunded as security money. The campus doesn't have that much of a crowd. There is a scholarship, which is the UP Government Scholarship, and they provide a good amount to students. My college conducts two major events, which are Shanknaad and Aaveg. Shanknaad is a cultural event that lasts for three days.

In short the overall experience is good. Infrastructure is average.
Placements: Some companies came to hire on campus especially Accenture. Some startups are also there but sometimes they do not match our salary expectations as we hire students in bulk hiring mass hiring. Students have a good rank in the GATE examination.
Infrastructure: College provides a new department for Computer Science Engineering. College provides a basketball ground a badminton court and a big ground for football and cricket. College provides a well established lab for biotechnology students.
Faculty: Teachers are experienced most of them are doing their Ph.D. or have done it before. All are well behaved and helping. They help you to get placed or to prepare for GATE examination. Overall experience with the faculty members is good if you are well behaved and study oriented person.
Other: City life is good but do not go for village like areas. Overall experience is good.

Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology.
Placements: In my college a biotechnology student got 90 percent placement. The highest package offered is 20 LPA and the average package is 8 to 9 LPA. The lowest package offered is 2 LPA. Many companies came to campus last year. A CSE student got the highest package of 20 LPA in my college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is great. We have our college on 17 acres and the hostel is also nice. Hostel is a little bit far but they gave us good facilities. Meal is very nice it tastes like our homemade food, its also healthy and we get varieties in breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Faculty: Faculty members are the best. They are highly educated and they have techniques of teaching. They are polite and loving. They love all the students and teach them lovingly. They help us in practical and also in co curricular activities. We get full support from them.
