A minimum of 50% in Class 12 (or its equivalent) is required to meet the eligibility requirements for the B.Tech programme at the Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Engineering and Technology. As a result, you are fulfill the requirements for admission to the institute for a B.Tech programme with a 60% in Class 12. However, it should kept in mind that JEE Main or MAHCET scores are also a requirement for admission to the B.Tech program. As such, it is very crucial to perform well in this JEE or MAHCET entrance paper .How well you will perform in this admission tests, that much good branch will you got in B.Tech.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR M.Tech AT Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Engineering and Technology:-
- Candidate should be an Indian National.
- Passed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45 % in case of Backward class categories and Person with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
- Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate Degree course of the concerned University for which admission is being sought
- Obtained Non-Zero positive score in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology.
