The way of education is good, and the infrastructure is neat and classic.

Placements: 95% of students are placed in our course. The highest package is 10 LPA, the lowest package is 4.25 LPA, and the average package is 3.1 LPA. Zifo Technologies, Amazon, and 60% of students are in medical devices. Roles include service engineer and clinical engineer.

Infrastructure: There are all facilities in our college. There is a separate department library for each department. Each floor has a laboratory for the department. The food served in the hostel is very hygienic and healthy. There are many canteens and break zones for relaxation.

Faculty: All teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They put a lot of effort into teaching us. Mostly, the curriculum is relevant to the course. Half of courses are tough in exams. Faculty members are well-trained and are pursuing other courses.

Other: It is not my intention to chose this course. I unexpectedly got it during counseling. There is an event in the even semester.

Our students got placed in various companies with various salary packages that purely depended on their skills, passion and interests. The highest salary package offered by recruiters will be 17.3 lakhs per annum.

Infrastructure: Dr. N. G. P. Institute of Technology supports various courses such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, EEE, ECE, CSE, IT, MECH, MBA and so on. Also, they introduce some emerging courses. All these courses have a wider scope of job opportunities in the future.

Faculty: All our lecturers were very strict, but they were punctual in their work. They never came to our classes without proper preparation. They often refer us to libraries and online resources to clarify our doubts. They were really helpful to us in getting a feel-good concession.

It has a good infrastructure with good academics.

Placements: All students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Top recruiters are Zifo, Byjus, Amazon, and TCS. Approximately 90% of students are placed at Byjus and Zifo. The top role offered is engineer. The placement training is also very good, so everyone can join this college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is a plus point for this college The hostel and food served there are also good. Sportspeople have opportunities. The environment is very good and clean. The facilities in the hostel are very good. The canteen facilities are also good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in academics. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching is excellent. If you learn, the semester exam will be easy. For me, the exam was a little bit difficult. Most students will pass, as there will be special classes for failed students.

Other: As I like the medical field, I chose biomedical engineering because it is the best in this college as it is a part of KMCH. The college is very strict. It needs to be changed. There are events that you can enjoy.

It is worth the money students spend.

Placements: Around 50% of students were placed in our college. Zifo was the top recruiting company of our core domain. Around 60% of students got internships with jobs in different companies with good pay. Mostly sales engineer, service engineer, application specialist, hospital engineer.

Infrastructure: The food quality was good. Usually two days they serve non-vegetarian and ice cream. The classrooms were spacious with good air ventilation. Medical doctor visits in every emergency case and also once a month. There was a playroom where indoor games are there.

Faculty: The teaching staffs were extremely talented and they put effort, and results were good in our batch. The syllabus was relevant to our core domain and some industrial visits were done to understand the subject deeply. Semester exam questions were moderate to difficult. Overall 80% of students passed every semester.

Other: I opted for this course as I found it to be a challenging one. To know about the instrumentation part briefly. Cultural was considered to be a more enjoyable one.

Our college is overall good in everything.

Placements: Above 70% of the students got placed every year from our college. The highest salary package offered here is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are GE Healthcare, Wipro, etc. Many students got internships in various cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, etc. Top roles offered are sales executive, product manager, etc.

Infrastructure: The entire campus is enabled with a good Wi-Fi facility. Neat classrooms, labs and more books in different field of interests with the system also are available in our college. In the hostel also, there is a Wi-Fi facility for students, and many indoor games are available to relief our mindset. The food served here is simply amazing, and different south Indian food items are served. There is also an ambulance for any emergency purpose, and many sports are available.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very friendly and helpful in every situation to handle any complication we face. They are not only at good-hearted, and they are well trained and knowledgeable. I always give a rating of 4 stars out of 5 stars for their teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant, and it is exactly required for our core jobs. They make students industry-ready with their skills.

Other: I opted for this course because it is the best in our college. Our college provides us with practical skills, which are needed for every biomedical engineer. As we have KMCH, so every week we go to KMCH. Everything is almost acceptable in our course, so there is no need for improvement. Many events are held in every month, and the campus crowd is more. All students interact with each other through our campus environment. Our college provides many scholarships, and they guide us to participate in all events, even we fail.

Placements: In our department, 90% of the students got placed, and 40% of them are doing their internship in companies like Udhayam Medicare, Mrudaan Medical, Sri Imaging Technology and Focus Edumatics. The top recruiting company in our department is Zifo RnD solutions. The top role offered is a service engineer. In our course, the highest salary package offered is 3.4 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has well-equipped labs, facilitated environment, smart classrooms, improved teaching-learning methodology, a well-organised main library and a departmental library. Food served in the hostel is healthy. They also provide good infirmary facilities and well-maintained ground.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified, supportive and encouraging. They will create a healthy competitive environment, and they also help us in both curricular and non-curricular activities. They provide practical knowledge and information, and they will give immediate responses in queries. They bring creative classroom skills. Overall, they are talented and supportive.

Other: I have chosen this course because it is somewhat related to the medical field. The best thing about this course is the field knowledge which we get. I would suggest the college make advanced changes in the syllabus, and it is a multi-disciplinary field. They provide scholarships for students and good enthusiasm for cultural and technical events.

Good Environment Friendly teachers and Nice place to learn.

Placements: Our college placement cell has been working to place students in any company, but when it comes to core jobs it fails to do so The maximum package was offered 4LPA by zifo R&D solutions. It is a pharma based drug designing company. Average salary is around 1 to 2LPA. Most of the students are working for a salary of 10k to 15k when they opt for core jobs. The lowest package is around 1LPA. Mostly medical coding, language editing, publishing, sales and marketing, service engineer jobs are welcomed. There is no such R&D jobs are available. Students are requested to search outside for better jobs.

Infrastructure: 1) We have various E learning facilities and our college have a dedicated android app called learning management system in which all course files are updated. 2) College have Wi-Fi campus but you have to register it using laptops only 3) Excellent lab facilities available so that you can do your own projects there itself. 4) Every class room has own projector, PC and speaker setup a mini auditorium facility 5) 24 hrs water facility and drinking water filter at every floor 6) Good canteen there are upto 3 canteens where you can get quality food at low cost.

Faculty: In Biomedical engineering department the teachers are well versed and highly knowledgeable. They help you with all the situations both in subjects as well as in projects. They are very friendly to the students and so that if you have any doubts you can clarify it like asking a friend. They support you in all extra curricular activity and help to achieve more goals.

Other: This is a course in which you can learn both biological concepts as well as Engineering concept. The best thing is that you are working on real life patient health. Producing devices to reduce their illness. More events are conducted in our department But one such event is great, it is called MedZest. Here we welcome various industrial personnel from top industries and they train the students on various equipment. A technical symposium called Henosis is also conducted in a grand manner.

Infrastructure and discipline are good here, but I'm dissatisfied with placements.

Placements: We have 100% placements till now, and the highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest is Rs. 8,000 per month. A list of 8 to 10 companies visited our campus, and the roles like sales and service engineer, junior biomedical engineer, ECG analyst and some roles in medical coding sector were offered. Nearly 20%-30% of the students are working as interns with an average stipend of Rs. 8,000 to Rs.1,000. We have a placement cell, and its efficiency in placing the students in our department is minimal when compared to circuit and computer branches.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite good. The classrooms are spacious, and the campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Medical care and facilities are provided here as KMCH joined hands to provide good services. The hostel rooms are hygienic and spacious. The canteen is not up to the mark, and it is quite conjested and small.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good. Traditional chalk and board method and presentations are used to teach here. The student to faculty ratio is 9:1. We got industrial exposure in Pasteur Institute, Connor and Helix India Pvt Ltd as they provided knowledge in calibration and testing of the biomedical devices, and these concepts were useful during our internship. Siemens workshop is included in the curriculum.

Other: Events like sports day, annual day, tech fest, and symposium, etc., are organised on the campus. They conduct an event named Aikiyam for the final year students to provide them with information about placements. Since the campus is located near the airport, it can be easily reachable. Scholarships are also offered here.
