Review of Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.
Placements: Around 7 or 8 students placed out of 60. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA to 7 LPA. Most financial companies like Edelweiss, Tresvista, etc., visit our campus. There are a few core production companies for placements. Internships are good. Both Bosch and a pharmaceutical manufacturing company offered internships. Mostly, finance roles like analyst, trader, etc., are offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is fine. They do not provide Wi-Fi for personal use. Labs are good. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and the library is also good. The canteen is not that good. We can't play sports and games because there is no ground in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are great, helpful, and knowledgeable. The curriculum is not relevant and doesn't make students industry-ready. You should practice as many aptitude tests as possible before placements and improve your logical and analytical thinking.

D. J. Sanghvi College of Engineering was established in 1994.
Placements: Approximately 50% of students got placed and the others went for master's and joined their family businesses. The highest salary package offered is 14 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3.5 LPA. Some of the top recruiters are ZS, Axxela, Quantiphi, GEP, Tresvista, etc. About 100% of students got internships as a part of our curriculum. Some of the top offered roles are senior consultant, business analyst, business operation associate, GET, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of our college are always up-to-date because SVKM sees that students should get the best learning environment. The canteen menu consists of every dish right from Gujarati to intercontinental dishes. Students are free to participate in whatever sport they are interested in.
Faculty: Every faculty is highly qualified and professional. They are very helpful regarding the curriculum. If you study regularly, there is no difficulty in passing exams. The curriculum of every course is relevant to their respective industry's working life.
Other: Production engineering is way better than mechanical engineering that is the main reason I chose this course because this stream is more composed of management subjects compared to mechanical engineering.

Excellent college with all necessary facilities.
Placements: Approximately 70 - 80% students were placed from our production engineering 2020 batch. And if I talk about the data of all engineering branches then around 70 - 75% students were placed during our time (2020 batch placement). Top recruiting companies were Reliance Industries, Endurance technologies, Adobe, Byjus, Godrej, L&T, Bosch and many more. Almost every student got internship from our course during final and pre final year.
Infrastructure: I can describe the facilities and infrastructure of our institute in one word as excellent. Every required facilities was offered by the institute like the latest modern classrooms, best library, superfast Wi-Fi, specialised labs, various sports grounds, good auditorium halls and many other things.
Faculty: The teachers were quite helpful and supportive to me and every student of our course. We cannot see any partiality by them with anyone. Our teachers teaching quality was good and it was also proved helpful for each and every student. Course curriculum was made in a way that almost every student enjoy it and it was also able to make the students industry ready.
Other: Campus life was very good. I am missing that life so much.

Review of Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering.
Placements: The average salary package offered here isn't much great. The college did not reduce the fee at all during the pandemic even though we did not use any laboratory, canteen or electricity in the college. The faculty members are well versed with the course and explain nicely.
Infrastructure: There are no facilities for sports. The college doesn't even promote sports and only focuses on studies. The college is internally air-conditioned, and the laboratories are well-equipped. The quality of food served in the canteen is pretty good and trustworthy enough.
Faculty: The curriculum has changed recently since the college became autonomous, but it is pretty good. The teaching is also up to the mark, and regular tests are conducted and checked. The difficulty of the tests is not much. The curriculum is pretty relevant.

It is one of the top colleges in Mumbai. You’ll have a good time doing your respective course.
Placements: Companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Godrej, and other local companies hire students after graduation. Some students choose placements, while some students opt for post-graduation. The average salary package offered to students is about 2.5-3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is sophisticated. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned. The library has all the reference books required for the course. The computers are up to date and have all the software required for the course. The canteen infrastructure is decent, but the food served is not that great.
Faculty: Faculty members of the department are very friendly and offer help even for the smallest things. They are very co-operative and helps personally with extracurricular activities. They also conduct additional courses for students who wish to learn the courses like ANSYS.
Other: The course is for those who wish to have their future in the manufacturing industry. In the 7th semester, you are interned to a company for six months to get prepared for industry roles. The 8th semester includes few management subjects. The campus crowd is full of productive people.
