DSC Karnal - The best college in Karnal.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is good. 156 students got placement from the college last year. The average package offered by recruiting companies is about 4 lacs per annum. The placement ratio is quite low, but toppers and deserving students got placed. But the college encourages students and also provides internships.
Infrastructure: The course is well defined, with a strong emphasis on research-oriented programs to enhance practical learning. The college also provides specialized labs. All libraries and labs are connected with Wi-Fi. The college does not provide the hostel, but there are private PGs for students near the college.
Faculty: The faculty is quite good and supportive in terms of studies. The teachers are well qualified and experienced. The course curriculum is flexible, offering students to choose a foundation course like MDC on their own. The semester exams are not very difficult.
Other: This course aligns with my previous education because of my strong interest in technology and innovation. Events, fests, campus crowds, and scholarships are offered by the college.

Not at all satisfied with this college.
Placements: Neither good companies arrive here for placement purposes. Students pass out after their undergraduate studies and then opt for postgraduate studies afterward. The placement facilities are the worst, and they should be improved for the betterment of their students. There is no internship facility available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average but not developed at all. It seems like they did not even reconstruct anything after the establishment of the college. The food available in the canteen is good. In the labs, the computers seem like they belong to the 90s. Not much development has been done here.
Faculty: The curriculum of the course is based on KUK University according to the new education policy (NEP). Passing semester exams is a little bit difficult, and you have to work hard. Studying only before exams will not help you pass. You need to learn things regularly and clear your concepts.

Get a bright future with a bright college.
Placements: Approximately 24% of students were placed in our course. The lowest package of my course is 1.20 LPA and the highest package is 12 LPA. Amazon, MakeMyTrip, OYO, and Zomato are some of the recruiting companies for my course. 96% of students get internships every year in my college. They provide a good and healthy environment for students.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in almost every department and lab. The infrastructure is good and feels comfortable. The quality of food in our canteen is good, and they make sure that the canteen remains clean and hygienic. There are so many sports and games in our college, which help develop our skills.
Faculty: The teachers in my college are highly qualified and educated. They help us in every subject they teach. The teaching quality is also very good. In my course, they prepare us for real-world applications, which develop our skills. The semester exams are less difficult for me because the teachers explain every concept in every possible way.
Other: I chose this course because it has a bright future for me. It develops our thinking capabilities, which keeps our minds active. There is only one thing I would improve in my course: some computer systems in our lab are not working properly. Our college organizes many activities every month for students.

Our faculty members and infrastructure are good.
Placements: Placements are not good. Our college provides only a few placements. Companies won't approach students of our college. Our college does not provide any help in placements. Students got placed on their own. Our college doesn't have any involvement in their placements.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility in our college. Our canteen is not good.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are highly qualified and helpful. They help us with all subjects. They also help us in many ways. Exams are conducted regularly. Our department teachers are great. They help us in the study. They are highly qualified. All subjects are good in our course. Our labs are good. Regular practicals are performed in labs. The overall course is good.
Other: Our course is good. I am satisfied with our course. Our college conducts extracurricular activities like functions and other activities. Sports activities are not good.

Dyal singh college review .
Placements: There are no placement or internship opportunities for students. Only 25 percent of students in biotechnology got a 3-month internship from college; otherwise for other courses, there are no placements or internships.
Biotechnology students got a chance to do an internship at NDRI Karnal.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good but college area is small. The canteen is good and affordable.
Wi-Fi facility are not available for students. The library is large and spacious. The seating arrangement in library is also very good. In sports, the college is not very active .
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and hard-working. Some teachers even take extra classes to complete the syllabus but there are three teachers who are rude and do not help children with academics. Overall, it's good.
The exams and checking are difficult .
Other: No fests or cultural events are held in college. Every semester, a fine comes for low attendance and at the end of the year, a fine comes for both semesters ( 5 rupees per lecture missed ).

Review of Dyal Singh (P.G.) College (DSC Karnal).
Placements: Our college had good placements. It was great studying there with the new start and new students. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, Tata, etc., visited our campus.
Infrastructure: We had a large library for research and an excellent laboratory for experiments. We enjoy sitting in the park and discussing our problems, solving questions, and helping each other with great output. You will enjoy working there.
Faculty: Our college had excellent teachers. They were helpful and supportive. They assisted their students in every way possible so that they could gain a thorough understanding of subjects and their basic concepts to work on. Exams were easy to pass, and you could get an excellent job after that.
