A place where we can learn how to develop ourselves.

Placements: It is very good. In our college, we have successfully placed 85% of students and I also got placed in 2 reputed companies. Our management is very sincere in placements. They went to various core companies and invited them to our college for our benefit. I am very satisfied with my college placements.

Infrastructure: Our college has a good environment. We have 7000 trees in our college and we have a separate building for each department. There is free space here and we have a central library on our campus. It is the largest library in the Erode circle. A store, a xerox shop, a canteen and an amenity center are also located in our college. It has a very good playground with wonderful clubs and social activities. Cultural events are conducted by our college every year. We have an LCD and a projector facility with smart classrooms. There is a laboratory for each and every subject.

Faculty: Our course curriculum is made by Anna University, Chennai and every faculty member in our college has been selected by interview, so they have a good knowledge of their subjects. The faculty members were helpful and they took us to various industries for our knowledge exposure.

Other: They allow us to perform in other college events also. We have healthy relationship with our faculty members and the management so they are ready to give us what we want.

Feeling dissatisfied because of the new management people.

Placements: More than core companies, BPOs are coming for the placement and if we are selected, we may have less chances of getting the call letter. In my core branch, companies are giving preference to boys. 3 core companies came for us and rest are BPOs. The core companies that came for placements are of high package and BPOs of range Rs. 8,000-12000 per month. Comparing my seniors, our batch's placements are less. The management is providing good placement classes but if we get training from the first year itself, we would have been better.

Infrastructure: Everything is good but we want more space for the lab. Hostel rooms and bathrooms are worse. We don't have enough space in the rooms. Each room can accommodate only 2 students but we are 3-5 in each room, so it is congested. We are getting infections due to the unclean bathrooms. Mess food is adjustable.

Faculty: Faculty members are really guiding us in studies, competitive exams, placements. We are nearly 400 in number and our department has only 14 staff members. That's the biggest problem we are suffering from. Yearly, once we go for an industrial visit. But this time the management has changed and cancelled our IV. They are not ready to spend money on the students.

Other: Since my college is on the interior side, there's gender bias. Lots of restrictions on girl students. Unwanted rules & regulations. We feel that we are in jail. Management's aim is only the money. They don't want our happiness and are not ready to hear our grievances.
