The staff are friendly. There will be many symposiums to upgrade our skills.
Placements: 30 percent students got placement. They are still working on placement for remaining students. Many got internships in ITC, Licious, etc. 3 members were selected in Zifo company, one in Accenture, one in Flipkart, and 3 in ABC food company. The package is between 3 to 5 lakhs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There is a computer lab we can access for project-related work. They provide free Wi-Fi for access. There is a central library, where we can search the availability of books in the system. The hostel is maintained clean. There are canteen and medical facilities available.
Faculty: The staff are of friendly nature. The teaching is good. They will help us in academics and in projects as mentors. The exams will be easy to pass. They provide PPTs and book materials for exam purposes. The courses will be useful for preparing competitive exams.

Our college provides good placements and infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are very good. Both IT and core placements are available based on the student's skills. Top recruiting companies visit our college for recruitment. Internships are also offered in this course. The salary package is decent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Hostel is average. Separate hostels are available for both boys and girls to eliminate the ragging. The food quality is good. There is a gym facility in this college. Sports are conducted on campus. Many libraries are available for research work. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
Faculty: All faculty members are experienced and helpful. The syllabus is decent. Teachers also provide in-depth knowledge to students. The teaching quality is very good. They also conduct monthly assessment tests for students. Semester exams are conducted strictly.
Other: Food technology courses are good with advanced course curricula.

Very good infrastructure and laboratory facilities, Placements are very good here.
Placements: 90% of students got placed. The higher package is 6LPA and lower package is 3.5LPA. The top recruiters are zifo, mu-sigma, milky mist, haldhirams, erp roots, etc. Interns is available in milky mist, intersnack, etc. And the percentage is 40%. The top roles are quality officer, production manager, data analyst.
Infrastructure: Our college has free Wi-Fi for laptops and our department computer labs are accessible and the lab facilities for the course is good and nicely equipped. There is a separate library for our department which has numerous book in the field of food technology. The hostel facility is good and the food is average here only veg is available. There is dispensary in our college for immediate perusal. There is a big ground and separate courts for each game and there is a big indoor stadium also.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. The teachers uses smart classrooms, PPT to explain, the curriculum is much related to industry as it is autonomous college. The pass percentage is 85% and the difficulty of exam is average. The curric is deigned here based on industry requirements.
Other: I chose this course because I got fasinated towards the packaging of food, manufacturing of cookies, ice cream etc. There are various inter college events related to paper presentation, project, etc. Scholarship is available based on caste.

I'm dissatisfied with the experience of this college.
Placements: Placements provided in our college are good. The recruiting companies are the best for this course. The roles offered are above average. Around 30% to 40% of students get internships in our course. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college are good. The hostel is well maintained and is good for the safety of students. Classrooms are good. Library and labs are available. Free and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus with free registration. Food served in the mess is good for hostelers.
Faculty: Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is above 80%. The course curriculum is very neat and relevant which makes students industry ready. Teachers in our college are knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good.

I had a great experience. This college is good for those who want to study, learn and enjoy.
Placements: The training given for the placements was satisfactory. One can easily get placed by their training. But there should be some improvements needed in terms of coaching. Either way, it was good training for the placements. I also wish they could bring more top companies for the placements.
Infrastructure: It is one of the best colleges with great infrastructure. From hostel to department everything is well built. It also has some gardening and stuff. It was a quiet place. They have one of the best infrastructures in the whole south India. They have the biggest auditorium which we have lots of memories.
Faculty: The course curriculum is a bit okay. But the way of teaching might need improvements. The practical way of teaching should be better than a theoretical one. Faculty members and staff were awesome. Faculty is good and tier knowledge is pretty good. They are more friendly.

Satisfied with the college infrastructure and good placements. Good facilities.
Placements: We had only a few companies for recruiting us. Like ITC, Zifo, Hatsun, Dairy day, Jayanti spices. The highest salary was about 40k per month and the lowest salary was about 10k per month. The jobs were mostly quality officer. In our college, it is mandatory to attend an internship for a period of one month. From the college, the students got selected into ITC, Parle agro ltd for an internship. The stipend was about 18k per month. Our college has a placement cell and it is fully efficient. We have placement coordinators for each department and these departments have separate student coordinator.
Infrastructure: Our college has well-equipped classrooms with projectors. We have separate computer labs for the departments. The whole college is Wi-Fi enabled. The library can be accessed at all times and the digital library is also available. We have ambulance vans at all times with drivers available. We have separate courts and tracks for all the games. The hostel is separate for each year with security at each GATE. The food provided is good and the menu is discussed so that the students can change if any.
Faculty: The teachers in this college are helpful and teach us with utmost care. They provide us with extra knowledge on the course by giving us assignments and seminars to be taken. Every year we are allowed to visit an industrial for gaining exposure to the industrial environment.

It has well-equipped laboratories. Teaching and non-teaching staffs are knowledgeable and helpful.
Placements: Placements are very good at our college. Students are placed in top MNCs like ITC. Girls than boys have more job opportunities. Placements are offered in Dairy day, Hatsan, Nestle and some students are placed in different food processing industries, ingredients company, flavour and essence company, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure with good well-equipped laboratories. They provide 24X7 Wi-Fi facility and library. All classrooms are spacious with projectors. The food served in the hostel is healthy and good in taste. The hostel rooms are also spacious and with all the required facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members are very knowledgeable with very kind nature. The course includes all basics engineering papers, maths, dairy technology, bakery and confectionery technology, fruits and vegetable technology, refrigeration and cold chain management, beverage technology, cane sugar technology, meat, fish and poultry processing technology, etc.
Other: Departments will conduct world food day celebration and two department functions for a particular year in this college. Management will conduct cultural festival, Pongal celebration, 2 to 3 motivational speech, one event for the social cause, etc.

It is a decent autonomous college which fit in the top 20 colleges affiliated to Anna University.
Placements: It is a booming engineering sector with loads of job openings. Despite a small group of students, they had managed to help 70% of the students to find a placement. And you can't expect an annual package of 10LPA in the food industry. You get at least 4 LPA. Some major companies include ITC, Parle, Hatsun and the salary packages are fair enough.
Infrastructure: The college is backed with a lot of lab facilities, and not many staffs are experienced. Whereas, all generic facilities are available as in any other top university in Tamil Nadu. The canteen serves only vegetarian food, and not many eating options are available at the moment.
Faculty: As other autonomous institution, course modules are framed in a quite easier manner. With all necessary work-related theories added within. More of staffs with industrial experience would serve the purpose better. Though, a good set of lab technicians who could sort things related to your lab works.
