No candidates cannot become a doctor if they have done only BSc Nursing. But they can apply for MBBS after BSc Nursing if they really want to become a doctor.

For MBBS, they will have to sit for NEET UG and also pass it. And that is how after pursuing MBBS, they can become a doctor.

Indian Army B.Sc. Nursing salary composition includes a basic pay of INR 15,600 plus Grade Pay of INR 5,400 and Military Service Pay of INR 4,200 plus DA pay.

Candidates post-commission will be provided a starting in-hand salary of INR 25,200 along with a raise as well as basic allowances.
