While NEET UG is widely accepted and required for government colleges and most deemed universities, many private nursing colleges also offer admission based on their own institutional entrance exams or merit in Class 12. Students who could not score well in NEET can still find good private colleges through institutional exams like MET, SRMJEEH, and state-level nursing council exams.
