Great opportunity to get abroad.
Placements: Around 20% of the best students are retained in our hospital and around 60-70% get great placements at an average monthly salary of 30k starting. The top recruiting hospitals are Aditya Birla hospital, ad Oxford Dental College. Internship can be done from our college itself.
Infrastructure: We have all the facilities but from my personal experience, I would suggest you take PG or rental homes. Because the hostel food is not good at all. I used to stay in a hostel but later I got shifted to the PG nearby. The closest PG is around 500 meters away from the college.
Faculty: The teachers here are excellent do believe me. If you have an interest you will excel here. The facility does hard work depending upon the hardwork done by the students. The semester is difficult really and hence you have to do hardwork all year at least for the first year. The pass percentage is around 60%. The

The college is good, but the campus is not good.
Placements: Many students pass out from here. Many students got placed. Passed-out students with a minimum of 50% got placed. The highest and lowest packages offered are 5 LPA and 2 LPA, respectively. Appollo, Nimans and many other companies come here. 30% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: The college has many facilities. It has good labs and lift facilities for students. The teachers are knowledgeable. Our college hostel is good, and the food is good. The rooms are well-equipped. Cooks are good.
Faculty: The faculty members are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching skills are good. All the teachers have good technical skills. The curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Exams are difficult, but our teachers will make us ready to face the exams. The passing percentage is 80%.
Other: This course is very helpful for our future, and it has many opportunities. Practical classes are conducted. The college conducts good events and fests. The campus is good. A good playground and sports facilities are available.

The college should improve the quality of its faculty.
Placements: 140 students are studying in my batch (2018). The lowest salary is 10k and the highest salary is 15k. The lowest package is 1.50 Lakh per annum.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available. There is fundamental nursing lab, nursing foundation lab, nutrition lab and many other labs. Library facilities are there and it is open 24x7 for students. Hostel facilities are not good. The sports is the worst in this college. Sportsperson should not come to this college.
Faculty: All teachers are well knowledgeable and perfect. They are well educated and have good skills. They are helping the students in every situation.
Other: Nursing is a good profession. Events are conducted in the college but they are not good. No scholarships and no sports.

Studies okay but not placement only.
Placements: Minimum salary 10,000 rs in private government fees 6,500 rs for yearly package No internship in my college.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are maximum good compared to other hostels. College library is okay. But lab facilities want more important in Oxford. Classroom are not digital. Hostel food is little bit okay. Sports, games, play ground facilities are 0% only no SNA competition No college level competition.
Faculty: The Oxford college teachers are very good for studies only. But mentally they are not supporting for students. The teacher's qualification is okay. Curriculum is okay but teachers-student relationship is too bad class lectures are one and half or fifty percent on but principal!

Q:   Is MSc Nursing a good career?
ShikshaGPT says
A:

Yes, because a postgraduate degree in Nursing allows a nurse to work in multispeciality hospitals, private or government healthcare units, academic or research institutes, nursing homes, old-age homes, and the armed services. They can become a nursing educator, staff nurse, nurse assistant, or nursing supervisor.

With many new specialisation streams emerging, there is a demand for qualified nurses who can specialise in these new fields and even teach other students. In India and around the world, there is an ongoing lack of skilled nurses. Because of their devotion and compassionate and empathetic character, Indian nurses are always in high demand in other nations.
