Everything is the worst in this college. I'll never recommend anyone to join this college.
Placements: The worst placement; only 1 student has got the placement so far. 20% of students got placed from the college to the company; TCS is the one who recruits one student; the internship is good but not paid. 80% of students got the internship; the course is good but the staff and teaching methods are not well done.
Infrastructure: The worst part about the college is the infrastructure: water running from the ceiling, no washrooms, light in the classroom, they even can't afford whiteboards, no fans, and it's like a government hospital. I can't even write a good review that we actually have. There is a water cooler but it still doesn't have water in it; I saw a frog inside the cooler.
Faculty: There are not many staff members; one teacher only takes 2-3 subjects, and the quality of education we are getting is not good; there is no practical knowledge offered. Some of the staff members are good, but there are only 5-6 members, and for my course, there are only 2 members who teach us.
Other: There are a lot of things that can be done better, but the college is all corrupted, taking extra money in fees and not providing anything, false hope, blackmailing of teachers and hoping that they will fail you. They extort money from students; they deal in black, telling you that they will clear your kt and attendance.

Excellent college to gain knowledge, great placements, and a huge campus with supportive staff.
Placements: Placements at G. V. Acharya are really good, especially in this course. Approximately 90% of students get placed in well-known software companies. The highest package offered is 15 LPA, the lowest is around 7 LPA, and the average package is around 9 LPA. Some of the top companies that recruit students are Infosys, Capgemini, Tata, Wipro, and many more. Internship opportunities are also good. Around 85% of students secure internships through the college. Companies like Tata, TCS, Capgemini, IBM, and others. Roles offered in my course include Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Backend Developer, and Data Analyst.
Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure. The campus has high-speed Wi-Fi in every lab and hall. It also has well-equipped computer labs, clean and well-maintained classrooms, and a large library. The hostel food is good, the rooms are clean, and the service is also better. The mess and canteen are clean and offer tasty food at very low prices. Medical facilities are also available. The college conducts sports like football, cricket, badminton, kho-kho, and many other outdoor and indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and experienced. Most of them have Ph.D. degrees or industry experience. They are always ready to help students with good behaviour. The curriculum is well-designed, covering all the courses necessary for the industry. There are also coding and other technical competitions for students, which make them more industry-ready and knowledgeable. Semester exams are a little difficult but manageable with regular study, and the pass percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course because of my passion for coding and emerging technologies like AI. The best part of this course is that it is industry-relevant, helping students get placed in top IT companies and gain knowledge about technology. Things that should be improved in the college include updating the syllabus to match industry trends and organizing more guest lectures by experts. The college conducts technical fests and cultural events for students to showcase their skills. The college has a large crowd, and connectivity is good with easy access to public trains. Scholarships are also available for financially weak students, and extracurricular activities like sports are conducted.
