Girijabai Sail Institute Of Technology.
Placements: The non-technical placements are offered on the campus. The placements given were not career-oriented, and they didn't have any scope for technical growth. Mostly the tech support jobs and the incubation centre jobs were offered. But being the first batch, I can't complain much about the campus interviews.
Infrastructure: The college premise houses four major buildings and some minor houses. The campus is developing in its way. The college is bounded by the lush green mountains with fencing provided on all sides and is situated away from all sorts of noise and pollution. The cool and calm environment provided is best suited for learning.
Faculty: We need a special mentioning of the principal of GSIT, Dr Suresh Mane who is an inspiring personality of the institute. He ensures the overall growth of the student. The rest of the faculty members are less experienced but are supportive regarding the curriculum. The personality development sessions were not given which I think is a must for an engineer.
