The course fee of MTech at GITAM School of Technology Hyderabad stands at INR 2.38 lakh. For M.ech admissions, students need to clear their UG with a minimum aggregate of 50% in the accepted fields. The minimum duration of the GITAM School of Technology, MTech course is two years.

The valuation of student’s performance in theory courses shall be based on two components: Continuous Evaluation which is 40 marks and semester-end examinations which is 60 marks.
