Aspirants eligible for the achiever’s round can apply for ACCESS scholarships. Admission to PGDM course is based on XAT, CAT, CMAT, GMAT scores followed by face-to-face evaluation and profile assessment index. Additionally, Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) is required to apply for the PGDM course. Candidates appearing in the final year of the degree must obtain 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for the PGDM course. 

GIM Goa admission process involves registration, selection rounds and admission confirmation. Candidates need to qualify national-level Management entrance exams for selection. GAAT is GIM Aptitude Test conducted by the institute for admission to PGDM BDA and PGDM BDA + MSc in Business Analytics. Candidates need to register by paying application fee. Once entrance exam is conducted, selected candidates need to come for a personal interview round. After selection, aspirants need to pay the programme fee to confirm seat.

XAT cut off is released category wise. The cut off percentile for female candidates and male candidates are different. The cut offs for engineering and non engineering candidates are different and XAT cut offs for PGDM BM and PGDM HRM are different. As per the GIM Goa cutoff 2024, the percentile was 85 for the General All India category students. So, considering the previous year cutoff trend, a candidate must score above or in the range of 80 to 85 percentile in XAT. 

GIM - Goa Institute of Management MBA cut off 2024 has been released for admission to its MBA/PGDM course. The Institute does not releases the final CAT cutoff publicly and is only accessible through account login to those candidates who appear in the CAT examinations. 

Goa Institute of Management CAT cutoff stood at 85 percentile for 2020, 2021 and 2022 for the General category students. So, condisering the past year cutoff trend, yes a student with 80 percentile in CAT can get admission to PGDM at GIM Goa.

Common Admission Test commonly known as CAT is a national level management aptitude test which is conducted by the IIM for MBA/ PGDM admission. Candidates seeking admission to GIM Goa must appear for the CAT exam. 

CMAT 2025 was on January 25, 2025, almost four months ahead of previous years. The CMAT exam is usually held in March-April, but in 2023 and 2024, it was held in May. The last time CMAT was held in January was in 2019.

The NTA announced registration dates via an official circular, which was released online on the NTA website on November 14, 2024. The CMAT 2025 exam schedule includes registration window open and close dates and form correction dates. CMAT 2025 registration has started, and the last date to apply was December 13, 2024, and the admit card was released on January 20, 2025.

The Goa Institute of Management average package 2025 for PGDM and PGDM HCM was INR 15.13 LPA and INR 14.68 LPA. The average package offered to PGDM BDA and PGDM BIFS students during placements 2025 was INR 15 LPA and INR 14.51 LPA, respectively.
