General category students who have scored at least 50% are eligible for admission in GIM Goa PGDM courses. For SC/ST category, scoring at least 45% is must for admission. Along with that scores of either XAT or CAT exam are must for admission.

Students who apply for withdrawal on or before June 30 of the admission year, receive full refund of the academic fee after deduction of INR 1,000 as processing charge. Further, there is deduction from the hostel fee based on the duration of the stay of student in the hostel. Students withdrawing from the course after June 30 of the admission year are not eligible for the refund.

The selection is done in two rounds, namely the regular and the achiever's rounds. For the PGDM course, a small number of candidates is selected for an early interview in Goa. Aspirants eligible for the achiever’s round can apply for ACCESS scholarships. Admission to PGDM course is based on XAT, CAT, CMAT, GMAT scores followed by face-to-face evaluation and profile assessment index. For PGDM BDA, aspirants must also qualify GIM Analytics Aptitude Test (GAAT) for admission. Additionally, Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) is required to apply for the PGDM course. Candidates appearing in the final year of the degree must obtain 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for the PGDM course.

Candidates applying for PGDM at GIM Goa have to pay an application fee. Since the mode of applications is online, aspirants can pay the fee via any of the online payment modes as mentioned below:

The total tuition fees of PGDM course ranges between INR 5.3 lakh and INR 19.4 lakh. In case, a candidates is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates need to pay a application fee to apply for admission.

The application fee ranges between INR 1,750 and INR 3,000 plus GST depending on the time of application for one or two courses. The fee increases, if a candidates applies for more than two courses.
