Good college for students.
Placements: The batch was nice and the teachers teach very well. The percentage of students getting placed is less according to different streams but we get more knowledge through this course than others. The scope of this course is high. The highest package offered by the college is 50 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 15 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: Our college provided various facilities such as Wi-Fi in the campus, air conditioned labs in IT block, clean and smart classrooms for students, and a library. Quality of facilities in the hostel is very good including mess, games, sports, canteen, and good staff for the students.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable and helpful towards the students. The course makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are very difficult and the passing percentage is above 50% for Masters students and 40% for graduation students.

The GGDSD COLLEGE M.Sc. (IT) -worth it or not!
Placements: The placements are not that great in the college; you have to volunteer to search for the job or field you are willing to choose. The percentage of students who get internships or placements from the campus is very low, especially for M.Sc. It is not a great thing to explore in college.
Infrastructure: The I.T. Department is just wow. Here, you will find high-tech classrooms. The Wi-Fi is free for all. Not everyone knows about it but you can access free Wi-Fi by contacting the library. Also in the I.T. Department, the labs are fully functional and ready to meet the course requirements.
Faculty: The teachers in the department are really helpful and help you with the course. They are highly qualified and always advise you in the right way. The curriculum of the M.Sc. (I.T.) is not that great in the current ongoing context. The semester exams are not that difficult; you have to score just 50 percent to pass the exam.

Review of Goswami Ganesh Dutta S.D. College.
Placements: Many top companies visit and nearly 50% of candidates who attended the placements get recruited. The salary packages offered are 6 LPA. Most M.Sc. IT students are hired as data analysts in companies like Deloitte, Amazon, TCS, Wipro, and Zomato.
Infrastructure: The college has a separate library, and newspapers are available in the library. The SD College department has six computer labs and each is equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioners. Each classroom in a community college has a projector and Wi-Fi for accessing real-world projects for studying.
Faculty: All teachers are Ph.D. holders, and the teaching method is good. Teachers help a lot with projects. Term exams are conducted with full strictness. Class tests are held on a scheduled basis for measuring each student's potential. I secured a 70% in the 1st semester of M.Sc.
Other: I chose BCA and, after that, I took admission to M.Sc. IT because I wanted to become a web developer. The SD College properly guides me for my future. Intercollege competitions like IT Fest and Science Fest are annual sports meets.

The infrastructure of the college is fabulous.
Placements: The college provides good placement opportunities for the meritorious students but not for the average students. College atmosphere and campus is good for studying and other cultural activities. The college has a placement cell which organises a placement camp every year, and many companies visit the college to hire many students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is just fabulous. There's Adam block at the entrance, which looks unique. There is a PG block for the students who are pursuing their masters. There is a great playground for the students who love outdoor activities, and even the auditorium is great.
Faculty: The faculty members of our college are not that bad when compared with the faculty of other colleges. Faculty members organise the youth fest. Sports meet and many other science competitions are also held for the students of all the branches. There are many additional courses for the students who want to leave this college.

Other: The college is awesome. It has a good infrastructure and faculty. The environment is good and the college provides placement opportunities too. The hostel is also well furnished and provides hygienic food, safe drinking water, and a good environment to study. The college also organises various fests and competitions so that students can explore their hidden talent. I would recommend this college to everyone.
