Good placements, supportive faculty, and decent facilities.
Placements: Around 75?80% of students in my batch got placed. The highest package offered was ~12 LPA, the lowest ~3 LPA, and the average package ~5?6 LPA. Major recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, and some core companies for non-IT branches. Many students also received internships in reputed companies like Cognizant and startups. The common roles offered were Software Engineer, Analyst, and Developed. Overall, placements are good, especially for CSE/IT.
Infrastructure: The campus has well-equipped classrooms with smart boards, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a central library with sufficient books and e-resources. Labs are modern and maintained properly. Hostel facilities are decent with spacious rooms, 24/7 water and electricity, and reasonable cleanliness. The mess food is average but hygienic, and the canteen provides better alternatives. Sports grounds and indoor games facilities are also available. Medical facilities on campus are reliable.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable for doubts. They use both traditional teaching and modern methods like presentations and lab sessions. The curriculum is regularly updated as per industry requirements, focusing on both core concepts and skill development. Guest lectures and workshops are also conducted to improve exposure.
Other: Considering the quality of education, placement opportunities, and infrastructure, the college provides good value for money. The fee structure is reasonable compared to the facilities offered. Students who actively engage in academics and skill-building can definitely get a good return on investment. Most of the faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and approachable for doubts. They use both traditional teaching and modern methods like presentations and lab sessions. The curriculum is regularly updated as per industry requirements, focusing on both core concepts and skill development. Guest lectures and workshops are also conducted to improve exposure.

College has excellent infrastructure and strong industry connections for bright future for students.
Placements: 75% of students are placed, with a total of nearly 90 students getting placed from the batch. The highest package offered is 20 LPA for a B.Tech student, and the average package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Daikin, etc. GNIT has a strong industry connection, so most of the students secure internships.
Infrastructure: The college has well-equipped labs with modern machinery. There is a central library with a vast collection of books and research papers. Every year, the university organizes a big sports tournament (JIS Spirit). There are separate grounds for every game, and also a common room for indoor games.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and helpful to us. From the 2nd year of college life, there is training for industry purposes, and also mock interviews taken by the college before placement. The difficulty level of the semester exam is moderate. Nearly 80% of students pass, and 40% students score 7+ CGPA.
Other: ECE is a field that consciously grows day by day. ECE students gain hands-on experience with various software and hardware tools. Every year, a grand fest is organized by the college.

Not so good average engineering institution and placement opportunities are at its average level.
Placements: In my course, percentage of students getting placements is more than 60%. Companies like Keventer, Cognizant, Coca-Cola, etc., are the recruiting companies. We can get roles in food safety and compliance, production and processing, research and development, packaging and reservation, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities available for food technology students. Non-AC classrooms are there. Labs have ACs and library can be accessed during college hours. Hostel facilities are also good. Food available is also hygienic and canteen too. There are sick rooms for medical issues and we have good sports facilities too.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are mostly Ph.D. holders. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult and every student gets pass through it.
Other: This course is a future demand. This course is very industry-related. Everything is good about this course. Events are held every year, it may be college fests or department events. Campus is huge so the crowd is not that much. Campus is surrounded by trees, garden, and greenery.

Guru Nanak Institute of Technology is a good private engineering college.
Placements: I am in the third year (5th semester), so I cannot give the exact information. But I have heard from our seniors that around 70-80% of the students get the placements. Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Accenture are the known companies. Many students get internships.
Infrastructure: I do not stay in the hostel. I travel daily from my home. But my friends tell me that everything is fine and good. The water and electricity facilities are good and nice. The quality of food is given to the students thrice a day at a particular time.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and they guide us in our projects and research papers, which are not included in the course. Daily routine classes are conducted by the teachers. The course curriculum is relevant. The semester exams are sometimes difficult and sometimes easy.
Other: I like electronics because it has both a computer and an electrical side. The computer applications could be improved. Events and fests are great. Connectivity and scholarship are good, and extracurricular activities take place.

I think this is a good college for serious studying students.
Placements: Above 85% of students got placed in our course. Average package is 6 LPA - 8 LPA, and the lowest this year is 5 LPA something. The highest package I am sure but I heard about the highest 12 LPA - 13 LPA something. Recruiting companies are Wipro and Nestle. 60% of students got internships at many tech companies. Roles offered are HR, management head, and web developer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all the time in college. Labs are very neat and clean. CSE labs have AC room. Library is so good. It has good environment for studying. The faculty is also good. I am not a hostel student but I hear that the hostel is comfortable for students, and also the food quality is good.
Faculty: All teachers are good, helpful, and also knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students ready for the industry. Exam paper is not much difficult for students because college teachers are so good and knowledgeable. They prepare the students and give them the common questions before the exam. Exam is not much difficult for the students. Above 90% of students are passing.
Other: I chose this course because when I was in school, I liked computers so I chose this course because it was my favourite subject. I think if all classrooms install AC, then all the students will be much comfortable when they are attending the class, they can continuously study any other problem facing. All are very good. But this year, scholarship is very disturbed. This time I do not get the scholarship amount.

College is good and faculty members are good. Good campus life and college environment .
Placements: Placements are okay. The current placement season is going on. Many of our seniors are placed in top MNCs. Top recruiters are TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, and many more. Also, the non-tech companies came to hire students. Good assistance for technical training.
Infrastructure: The college has various labs, a library full of books, and a good ambience. The labs are covered with Wi-Fi and AC. The classrooms are big enough and filled with light and air. The toilets are not so good but okay. The sports and games sections are good also.
Faculty: The teachers are good enough. They are well qualified and experienced in their field. They always help us to get out of difficulty in any situation. The semester exam is quite difficult with very strict guards in the examination. You can't cheat in the semester exam.
