Good college in this state.
Placements: As I passed out in 2021, it was almost a lockdown phase. My interview is done in online mode. TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc., are the companies that conducted the interview. TCS is the top recruiter. The highest package offered is 3.3 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 1.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all over the campus and with CCTV security. The campus is good, there are gardens and playgrounds. The classrooms are spacious and digitally updated. Labs are spacious and having all the apparatus used in industry. The hostel is good. The canteen food is average.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, they are highly aware of what the students want. They use simple language that is easy to understand. The course is slightly old. Different from the course, you have to learn other language courses. There are two semesters in a year, and each semester has two sessionals, which are conducted by the college.

I think this is a good college for serious studying students.
Placements: Above 85% of students got placed in our course. Average package is 6 LPA - 8 LPA, and the lowest this year is 5 LPA something. The highest package I am sure but I heard about the highest 12 LPA - 13 LPA something. Recruiting companies are Wipro and Nestle. 60% of students got internships at many tech companies. Roles offered are HR, management head, and web developer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available all the time in college. Labs are very neat and clean. CSE labs have AC room. Library is so good. It has good environment for studying. The faculty is also good. I am not a hostel student but I hear that the hostel is comfortable for students, and also the food quality is good.
Faculty: All teachers are good, helpful, and also knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students ready for the industry. Exam paper is not much difficult for students because college teachers are so good and knowledgeable. They prepare the students and give them the common questions before the exam. Exam is not much difficult for the students. Above 90% of students are passing.
Other: I chose this course because when I was in school, I liked computers so I chose this course because it was my favourite subject. I think if all classrooms install AC, then all the students will be much comfortable when they are attending the class, they can continuously study any other problem facing. All are very good. But this year, scholarship is very disturbed. This time I do not get the scholarship amount.

It has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: More than 50% of students get placed in companies like Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, etc. The highest package offered for the last pass-out batch was 12 LPA. Internships start from the end of the 2nd year in our college. Many students got internships, but I can't exactly tell the numbers as I am just starting my 2nd year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good in our college. All kinds of facilities are available, like ground, gym, and air-conditioned labs (for CSE only). I cannot exactly tell about the hostel quality as I do not live there. The college also organises various events of sports, hackathons, quizzes, etc.
Faculty: Many teachers are very helpful and discuss problems in a detailed manner. Besides core subjects, they also have some subjects to make students ready for the office environment, i.e., English speaking skills, Constitution of India, etc. Results depend on students as the questions are moderate.
Other: Various events happen in our college. If students join this college to get a job, then they have to work hard.

GNIT is the best private B.Tech college.
Placements: Ninety-eight percent of students are placed in our college. The highest package offered by our college is 11 LPA by Accenture, and the lowest package is 4 LPA by TCS. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, HCL, L&T, and Wipro. One hundred percent of students got internships from our college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on every floor of the college. The lab sessions are very attractive, and the classrooms are neat and clean. The quality of the food in the canteen is good, and the prices are also cheap. There is a huge ground to play cricket, basketball, and volleyball, and there is also a common room with indoor games like carrom, chess, and table tennis.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful, they are available all the time when students are in need. The curriculum of the college makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are very easy, whatever is in the class notes, the semester questions are from there. The pass percentage for semesters is 100%.
Other: I've loved computers since childhood, that's why I took this course. The best thing about the course is its technologies. The college fest and the tech fest are the best parts of our college, and many extracurricular activities are also available.

Good infrastructure and teaching quality with decent placements.
Placements: The placement scenario at GNIT Sodepur has improved over the years. In our batch, 70 percent students get placed through on campus drives. Major recruiters include TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini and Tech Mahindra. The average package ranges between 3.5 and 4.5 LPA while the highest package touches around 10 LPA depending on the domain and skills of the student. Internships are provided in the pre final year mainly by start ups and mid size companies. The college also organizes regular training and soft skill sessions to prepare students for placement. Roles offered are mostly in software development, technical support, and consulting.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of GNIT Sodepur is commendable. The classrooms are spacious, well-lit, and equipped with smart boards. Wi-Fi is available across the campus and in the hostel. Labs are well-maintained with updated systems and equipment relevant to the curriculum. The library is stocked with reference books and journals, and has a digital section.

The JEE Mains ranks below 200000 can be good enough for GNIT Kolkata in the asked course. The B.Tech course fee is about Rs 101,975 per year.
