Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (also known as IIFT Kakinada) is an autonomous body, established in the year 2022. IIFT parents three campuses which are located in Delhi, Kolkata and Kakinada. The Andhra Pradesh government has allotted 25 acres of land to build the IIFT Kakinada campus. This deemed to be university is NAAC accredited with a grade of 'A+' and is accredited by AACSB.
IIFT Kakinada placements are facilitated by the Corporate Relations and Placement Division (CRPD), as an independent institution. IIFT has released the combined placement report for Delhi and Kolkata campuses. IIFT Kakinada placement report is not released. According to the overall placement report, the highest domestic stipend offered during IIFT summer placement 2025 for the MBA IB and MBA BA batch of 2024-26 stood at INR 4.5 lakh and INR 4 lakh, respectively.
