As per the IIIT Allahabad cutoff 2023, the Last Round closing rank for BTech ranged between 5924 and 9558, among which Information Technology was the most competitive specialisation. Yes, you can take admission in IIIT Kota BTech programme with 78% marks in Class 12. Candidates applying for IIIT Kota B.Tech programme should score a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12 to be eligible for admission. Aspirants also have to clear the JEE Main cutoff and participate in JOSAA counselling.

The total fee for IIIT Kota BTech programme is INR 7.2 lakh. Total fee is calculated based on annual/ semester fee available for the academic year 2023-24, hence is indicative. For SC/ST/PwD students a fee waiver of 20% is granted, also students cab apply to State/Central government Scholarships.

Candidates willing to apply for BTech at IIIT Kota are required to apply for JEE Main exam first. The procedure of application for JEE Main is inclusive of three major steps, i.e Registration,  Form Filling & Document Upload followed by payment of application fees.

IIIT Kota BTech admission is completely entrance-based. Interested candidates are required to apply and appear for JEE Main. After qualifying for the exam, they are required to participate in JoSAA/CSAB counselling for final seat allotment.
