There is no such provision for direct admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Surat. IIIT Surat accepts admission for the BTech programme based on a valid rank in JEE-Main. IIIT Surat has its own campus at Kholvad Surat. Earlier, IIIT Surat campus was in the premises of the Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology campus. IIIT Surat campus is Wi-Fi enabled.
