I am dissatisfied with the faculty, except for two or three. Placement was good in 2021-22.
Placements: 70% of students in my B. Tech CSE courses are placed. Highest salary package offered is 74 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Recruiting companies include Amazon, STPL, GrowUp, and others. 30% of students secure internships with newly established companies like Overflow, STPL, etc. SDE role is the most frequently offered position.
Infrastructure: There's no dedicated hostel, all accommodations are private. Wi-Fi is very slow, and classrooms don't have air conditioning, though the library is good enough. Labs are getting worse day by day, and the hostel provides poor facilities. There's no proper schedule, which is essential.
Faculty: Faculty members are generally rude, with the exception of two or three. Curriculum is good, but the weekly timetable is not student-friendly. Lack of management appears to be a weekly issue. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but aren't good at teaching. They lack class management skills.
Other: I chose this B.Tech CSE course because of my goal to become a software engineer, and for this national college.

It is a good college for those who didn't have any other good colleges like IITs and NITs.
Placements: In 24-25 batch percentage of placements are male is 79.47 and female is 20.93. The highest package is 74 LPA. The average salary is 13 LPA. The median salary is 9 LPA. Top companies are Amazon, PayPal, and Oracle. 50-60% of students got internships. Top role is SDE-II, and companies are hiring good number of students.
Infrastructure: Hostel is good and decent but students should travel by bus to go to the hostel, it is almost like 7-8 KM away from campus. On-campus hostel is still being constructed. Wi-Fi is also there in hostels, and they are working decently. Games are also good, you can play.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified PhDs and they are good. When you pass out you will become industry-ready as said by seniors. Semester exams are like 65% difficult, 20% medium, and the remaining are easy. Pass percentage may be 85-90%, I don't know exactly.
Other: There will be fests once a year and it is called Springs fest. In between, there will be many events on festival occasions. College life is not bad, okay. I chose CSE because I got it.

No campus life. Good academics and placements are improving year by year.
Placements: Around 75% of students were placed in the Computer Science and Engineering branch. The highest package was 74 LPA, which is an international offer. Top recruiting companies are Motive, Angle One, Oracle, Sutra Management, MAQ, CGI, Future-First, and UKG. Around 80% of students got internships from CSE, some included PPO, and some with intern only, also considering off-campus. Companies like AngleOne, UKG, Motive, MAQ Software, Future-First, and Sutra Management offered 6 months of Intern + PPO. The roles offered are app developer, SDE, market analyst, product engineer, and many more. The 2026 batch’s 4 students got summer internships from MICROSOFT, and one got an internship offer from GOOGLE.
Infrastructure: Our campus has limited facilities, comprising 6 classrooms, 6 laboratories (3 ECE labs and 3 CSE labs), and 1 small library. The classrooms can accommodate around 90-100 students, and the labs are air-conditioned. Wi-Fi is available, and a new Wi-Fi facility has been added, which is really good; there is some extra charge for the upcoming batches for that. The library is below-par and very small. Books are available, but only a limited number of copies. The college doesn’t have a permanent hostel; it rents private hostels. Mess food is average; it depends on your taste and its survival.
Faculty: Teaching quality is average. Some faculty members are knowledgeable, while some lack knowledge. The curriculum is good and provides newly advanced courses. The semester exams are of above-average difficulty. Previous batches had an absolute grading system, but from the 2028 batch, it is relatively grading, and marking depends from faculty to faculty. The pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: CSE is a very demanding course, and I got admission to this college, so I chose it. But college life lacked campus life, as it doesn’t have a good campus. No college scholarship is there, you can try through NSP and other government scholarships.

It's worth looking at one time.
Placements: Currently, as of my 3rd year, the TNP cell is actively working towards the June-July online placement drive. The companies are also showing keen interest. Many people are placed in CTC, ranging from 7 LPA to 32 LPA. So, placement in our college has a good hold.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities aren't good. The college has arrangements with private hostels where first and second-year students currently reside. A paid bus commute, with fees payable to the college, is available. For internet access, students must rely on their phone's network and hotspot for laptop use. Currently, third-year students live in PGs and rented flats.
Faculty: Faculty is good. They help us in every scenario. Exams happen nicely, and the curriculum is good. There is one math teacher who is very good in his field. CSE and ECE teachers are all good overall. But to compare, the ECE faculty is better than the CSE faculty. The ECE curriculum is a little bit more difficult than CSE, but the teaching is good. Faculty also support you if you suffer from any personal, non-academic problem.

College is good with good placements, average campus life, and encouraging faculty members.
Placements: Placement is going good. Our college average package is about 15 Lacs. Training and placement cell is active and searching for more companies to invite. This year also 4 selected for internship in Microsoft and many more in other companies too. Oracle is major recruiter. Google also visits the college and other MNCs also visit.
Infrastructure: Since college is operating in its temporary campus built in Kamrej in Pasodara Gam, there is no proper building. It is of tin shed but properly managed and is average. There is no campus life, and there is no sports facility other than a table tennis table in campus. Hostel is third party, so you cannot expect much. It is average, and mess food is average.
Faculty: Faculty is good, experienced, and helping in nature. They teach very well. If you are interested in research and development, they would help and guide you too. Curriculum is according to NEP and is according to companies' requirement. It includes skill development for its students in different fields such as web development, app development, etc.
Other: There are different types of clubs including GOOGLE DEVELOPERS GROUP, RUMINATE, LEETCODE SOLVE, SARAS, INDOMINUS etc. which give complete development of students in all fields.

Good for placement but bad for hostel/campus life.
Placements: About 70-75% of students were placed in the CSE branch. The highest package offered was 64 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA. Big companies like Deloitte, Oracle, etc. come to our college. Internships were not being offered that much in the past, but for CSE, the internships offered now are quite good in both quantity and quality.
Infrastructure: There are 2 hostels: one is Matrix, and the other is SUV. People prefer SUVs over Matrix because they have personal washrooms along with a playing ground and optical fiber Wi-Fi. Currently, we reside on a temporary campus, and AC is only present in CSE labs; other classes don't have AC. But the facilities for studying the subjects are all present. The campus is very small, and there is not much room to do anything. The canteen food is average.
Faculty: The curriculum is really good. Teachers have good qualifications for teaching, but they won't give you marks in the exam even if you have written correctly. Mid-sem exams are pretty easy, but end-sem exams, do very strict checking. The coding culture is good, and the curriculum is updated every year.
Other: The director is really good now that the old one is gone. The new director changed the placement scenario in 2 months of his joining. The hostel will most probably be built in the next 2 years. There is little to no connectivity to the main Surat, as we have to go approximately 10 km to reach the main Surat.

B.Tech in computer science from the IIIT Surat, which offers good placements and the best faculty.
Placements: 50–60% of the students get successfully placed at our college. In the CSE, students are getting multiple placements at the IIIT Surat. The average package offered at the college was between 4 and 9 LPAs. Many big technical firms, such as Accenture, Amazon, Flipkart, TCS, Infosys, American Express, etc., visit our college for placements.
Infrastructure: IIIT Surat has really good infrastructure for the CSE course. Students were provided with all the necessary facilities at this college. Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteen, computer labs, hostel, sports and all other facilities were given to the students. The food in the canteen and mess was good to eat. Medical facilities were available for emergency situations.
Faculty: IIIT Surat has a team of highly qualified and knowledgeable professors in the CSE course. Teachers were helpful and supportive of the students. The quality of teaching was best at the IIIT Surat. The course curriculum of the college was relevant and it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams were at a moderately difficult level.

Placements: In 2022, more than 70% of the students were placed. In 2023, the process is ongoing, and 50% of the students have been placed so far. The highest to date is 34 LPA ( Lacs per annum). The top companies that come are for ECE core include G-electronics and other software companies.
Infrastructure: This college is relatively new in terms of, as it operates at NIT Surat. Starting last year, it began functioning on its own campus. Despite its newness, the college offers well-equipped classrooms and labs. The library and facilities, including kabaddi, badminton, and volleyball courts.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified, although there are a few exceptions. The course curriculum leans slightly toward electronics, and the faculty also has a strong hold on electronics. However, students interested in software can learn independently.
Other: Clubs and events are very active at this college. The fees of this college are good.

The admission process of this college mainly starts from the mid of June and lasts upto the last week of July.

Hello Prajwal ,
The qualifying cut off score is different from the admission cut off scores. This will be released by JOSAA during the time of admission. Hence, even if you clear the examination, you need to have a high score to get a seat at the colleges like IIITs, NITs etc.
