Placements: IITs offer a very good package actually. Being a second generation IIT, our college is growing day by day. Our professors are working very hard to improve the placement activities. Although it is not that much bad. The average package in our college is more than 10 LPA.

Placements: From seventh semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. Companies are brought by Career Development Cell of IIT Bhubaneswar. More than 100 companies from different domains visit every year. They are aware of their responsibilities as they guide us and help us throughout the placement drive of the college. The college has a 100% placement record. Placements: For my course, roles offered are graduate engineer trainee (GET), AI/ML, data science, data analytics, consulting, software engineering, etc. The highest package is 56 CTC, and the least is 6.5 CTC. In my course, less than 30% of students got internships, and some of them got off campus. But the placement percentage is around 70 percent.

Placements: Till now, in my course about 75 percent of students are placed. My course is mechanical engineering. BPCL, HPCL, and BEL are the PSUs that come for the placements. Recruiting companies are Tata Steel, Reliance, ZS Associate, Zomato, Flipkart, and Media. There are companies that offer different roles with a package between 10 CTC to 56 CTC.
