The NIRF 2024 rankings are out. In the Engineering category, IIT Jammu has secured the #62 spot. Its ranking has improved from last year. In 2023, the institute was ranked #67 in the Engineering category.

Both of these IITs can be compared based on various parameters, such as institute ranking, BTech course fee, placements, and more. In the NIRF 2024 rankings under the 'Engineering' category, IIT Jammu has been ranked #62 and IIT Dharwad is in the #101-150 band. The BTech tuition fee is the same in both the institutes - INR 8 lakh. Considering the presented data, IIT Jammu has a upper hand with a better ranking.
