Admission to MBA course at IIT Jodhpur is entirely entrance-based. To get admission to MBA and MBA Technology at IIT Jodhpur, candidates must apply with a valid CAT percentile. However, the institute also provides admission to Non-CAT qualifiers. For admission to MBA in FinTech and Cyber Security, aspirants are selected based on a valid GATE score.

IIT JAM 2022 closing rank in the Fourth Admission List for MSc Physics specialisation at IIT Jodhpur stood at 600. At IIT Jodhpur, the tuition fee for a two-year MBA course ranges between INR 8 lakh - INR 8.3 lakh.
