It is necessary that aspirants fulfil the eligibility requirements. Admission to the PG course is based on merit in IIT JAM. Further, candidates are shortlisted and cutoff marks are announced. Candidates who have qualified for the award of a three/ four-year bachelor's degree (BA, BSc, BTech or equivalent), after Class 12 or equivalent schooling, from a recognised university or institute with at least 55% aggregate (or 6.0 CGPA on a scale 10) are eligible to apply for MA programme. Aspirants further must have the relevant documents at the time of admission for verification.

It must be noted that the mentioned fee is as per the first odd semester fees available and hence is the mentioned amount can vary.
