The GATE 2026 registrations are ongoing for admission to ME/MTech courses, and the deadline for registration with late fee payment has been extended to Oct 13, 2025. The GATE 2026 exam will be conducted on Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 14, and Feb 15, 2026.
A few more updates are given below:
- The JEE Main 2026 registration process for the first session for IIT Mandi admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses is expected to start in Oct 2025.
- The IIT JAM 2026 registration is open for admission to the MSc course, and the last date has been extended to Oct 20, 2025. The IIT JAM Exam 2026 will be held on Feb 15, 2026.

The total tuition fee for BTech is INR 8 lakh. This information is from official sanctioning body and can change. In addition, the total course fee will be higher as it will include other components such as admission fee, caution money deposit, hostel charges (if applicable), etc., as well.
