The reality of Lead and why should you choose it.

Placements: The college says that they provide 100% placement assistance. The highest package which I have heard of in BBA is 15lpa and the lowest packages go from 2.5-3lpa. Many big companies come to our campus to hire. Like Zomato, PS group, ITC etc. The main jobs we get are like internship based jobs.

Infrastructure: We have great infrastructure for our course, we get field visits to industries, we have Wi-Fi in class, projector and the whole campus is also air conditioned. I don't live in hostel so I don't know anything about the hostel facilities but the facilities here in college are great.

Faculty: The faculty members and teachers here are highly trained and professional. They teach and emphasize with the students well. In general BBA is a very general course but I think the Lead college takes it quite seriously and teaches the students well to get industry ready. We get a separate placement class for 2 hours once in a week to help us. And I think the college exams are well balanced, they are not too hard, anyone with a good concept can clear it with ease.

Other: I chose this course because I had a huge interest in the management field. I want to pursue MBA afterwards so BBA is the best base course to pursue MBA in the future. I don't think the BBA course can be taught as well as they're doing here in Lead so I'll obviously suggest others to join here if you are serious about studying. There's a event called "Managedia" which happens regularly. It's a huge event and many big companies come to the college as sponsors and all the best colleges of Kolkata come to attend the event too. It's a great event and obviously Lead is already known for its event.

Not that good placements, but very helpful faculty team.

Placements: Our college offers average placements. Only a few top students from each course get good offers; the rest get below-average offers. The highest salary offered last year was 9.5 LPA, while the average package was 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Wipro and Deloitte.

Infrastructure: The classrooms of our college are well equipped with air conditioning and projectors. Free wi-fi is also available inside our campus. We also have a pretty well-stocked library. Our hostel is also good but it is a bit far from our campus, and the rooms are also a bit small. The food in our canteen and mess is quite good.

Faculty: The teachers at our college and the faculty members are very helpful. They help us in every situation, and the teaching quality is also nice and interesting. Our course curriculum is very relevant to the current industry standards. The semester exams are a bit hard, and you will have to follow the classes properly in order to score good marks.
