I’m absolutely satisfied, the scholarship is available, and a good coding environment.
Placements: Good placement, approximately 85 percent of students were placed by October 2025. The average package was 14 LPA, the highest was 54 LPA. For an internship, you have to arrange it yourself from the 3rd year. Maximum CSE students took an internship, as do ECE students. NVIDIA, Maq software, Synxia, etc., recruited.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was average. The hostel mess food was good, which means 4-5 days a week, the food was good. I lived in Khelgaon National Housing Complex. In front of the hostel, there were shops and restaurants of a small size. You can go to Khelgaon Chawk to buy anything. Mess and canteen were also available.
Faculty: The faculty was liberal and good, with very low workloads. In a week, fewer classes run. You had ample free time. You can participate in any event, and you can learn good skills. You can also participate in other college events. Good class timings were there. The electrical faculty was good. The CSE faculty was not good, but you have to work hard on your side.
Other: The college had a good campus. Classes run in the BSNL campus. The math faculty was liberal, not too much workload, but you had to arrange the game equipment yourself. College took money for events, which is not allowed, but they took money.

Good placement & supportive faculty.
Placements: 100% of the students get placed who are eligible for the placement round. The highest package is 87 LPA. The lowest package is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Amazon, Uber, etc. About 60-70% of the students get internships. Roles offered can be HR and senior technical.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, hostels, libraries, labs, and Wi-Fi are all good in the college, but currently, the college does not have its own campus. Soon, the college will have its own campus in Ranchi. There are 3 rooms in our hostels with 24-hour Wi-Fi and water supply, including electricity.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are Ph.D. holders, and the quality of teaching is also very good in my branch. Personally, I feel that the course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The difficulty level of the semester exams in our college is really good and competitive.
Other: I chose this course because, through JOSAA counselling, I was getting this course in this reputed college (IIIT Ranchi). One thing I wish is for our college to have its own campus.

It has good academics, average facilities, and fair placements for the fee.
Placements: This year, out of 58 eligible students from my branch (ECE), 47 students got placed, and if we calculate the selection percentage, then it is 81 percent, which is good but not elite. In ECE, the average package offered is 17 LPA this year. The highest package offered is more than 47 LPA this year, which is quite good. The package that we get also depends on our abilities. The lowest package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies that visit the campus are Google, Nvidia, Adobe, Amazon, Microsoft, and Infoedge. 30-45 percent of students got internships in the 2nd and 3rd year. Top roles offered are SDE intern and SDE.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available there, like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library, but on a temporary basis, as we don't have a permanent campus. The quality of the hostel is very nice as well. The mess is decent. The morning food is good. We have to go there regularly by bus as our hostel is 6 KM away from the college. We don't have our own campus. Our regular classes are conducted in the BSNL building, which is taken over by the college management.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teachers are very strict on assignments and on maintaining discipline. The course curriculum is relevant for all courses, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are a little bit difficult, so we have to focus from the beginning on studying. The pass percentage is almost 98 percent.
Other: I chose this course as per my JEE rank. The best thing about my course is that there are more practicals, and it is interesting. I wish for better lab facilities. A lot of events are held for which there are clubs in which we are interested, and we can join freely, where seniors support us. For scholarship, there is a separate session from the college side in which 100 percent of the ECE branch students get an advantage. The campus surroundings are filled with greenery. Connectivity is also good. A lot of extracurricular activities happen in college.

Not so satisfied with the college.
Placements: Seventy-three offers are made during the placement drive. Approximately 75% of qualified students are placed. The average package is 12.14 LPA, the lowest package is 9.56 LPA, and the most costly bundle is 28 LPA. Amazon, Microsoft, Atlassian, and others are among the leading employers for our course.
Infrastructure: There will be a problem because there isn't a permanent campus, but the hostels we currently have are excellent flat-based lodgings. Although the hostels are fine, the classrooms are not; there are only 60 to 70 pupils in each class, which isn't very spectacular in my opinion. Additionally, there is a good library where we can get books for our hostels, Wi-Fi is available, and the labs are good. The food is mediocre at best, and the sports facilities are subpar.
Faculty: Teachers are actually highly educated and qualified, and they come from prestigious institutes like IITs and NITs. Since the main focus of IIITs is electrical current, the curriculum is industry-level. Course material is applicable. It prepares students for the workforce by covering only topics that are pertinent to the industry. Research and development is one of the numerous areas in which faculty members are beneficial and encouraging.

Really good faculty members are available here.
Placements: Few students have been placed at our institute thus far; of the nearly 240 students enrolled in both CSE and ECE, only 20-30 were placed in the first round, with the highest package being 24 LPA. Numerous students are participating in internships, and their prospects of receiving a PPO (per placement offer) are excellent. Because of this, there are also extremely few pupils placed.
Infrastructure: The National Gaming Housing Complex in Khelgaon is home to hostelers. The mess's food tastes good. Additionally, the college frequently hosts a number of sporting events. Food available in the mess is good, but it can't beat your home food. Medical facilities are also provided in the hostel.
Faculty: In actuality, teachers are highly qualified and educated, and they come from prestigious colleges like IITs and NITs. Since electrical current is the main focus of IIITs, the curriculum is industry-level. Course material is relevant. It prepares students for the workforce because its curriculum only covers subjects that are pertinent to the industry. In many areas, including research and development, faculty members are beneficial and encouraging.

This college is good in terms of placement and hostel only.
Placements: 80-85% of students are placed from the passing-out batch. The highest package is up to 40 LPA, the lowest is 6 LPA, and the average placement package is 12 LPA. This year, top companies are Nvidia, IBM, TCS, Infosys, Amazon, etc. In the 2nd and 3rd year, 30-45% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities are decent. If I talk about the hostel, it runs at two places in Khelgaon and in BSNL campus. In the room, you will get 1 table, 1 chair, and one bed, no almira. Wi-Fi is available in both hostels. Food quality is good; different foods in good quality are served according to the menu. mMdical facility, sports ground, etc., are available.
Faculty: Teacher qualifications are a minimum of Ph.D. in their respective subjects. They are very helpful and experienced as well. The study curriculum is also revised this year based on requirements. Exams are not tough but of a good level of difficulty. Minimum percentage score is 50%, otherwise, you will get back in your particular subjects.
Other: There are almost 250 students in my batch, out of which 137 are from Computer Science and Engineering, and the rest are from Electronics and Communication. Also, there are specializations in the branches. The most important thing is that branch changes are still possible here. They claim on the website there is no branch change, but if you get above 9 CGPA in the first year, then you can change your branch.
