We can say it is the fastest-growing IIIT.

Placements: In 2023, the 2019 batch, around 90% of students got palced. Both on-campus and off-campus placements were excellent. However, in 2024, due to the recession, placements are not up to the mark. Only 70% of students got placed. The average salary package was always above 10 LPA, and the median varies from 8 LPA - 12 LPA.

Infrastructure: Currently, the college has shifted to a temporary campus in Khelgaon Housing Society, which is very good. Both the mess and hostels are excellent. The college professors and directors have announced that Phase 1 of the permanent campus will be ready by January 2026. Within 2 years, we shall be shifted to the campus. directors' residences. Phase 1 includes academic buildings, hostels, directors' residences, faculty apartments, etc. Phase 2 contains a sports complex, auditorium, etc.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified Ph.D. holders from IITs, NITs, and some foreign universities. Some teachers are great, while others are average, but both are supportive, helpful, and very kind. Thank me for the information that I have provided regarding what happens at IIIT Ranchi.

Other: I chose ECE with ES and IoT because I want to become an electronic engineer.
