The fee for the M.Tech in Quality, Reliability and Operations Research (M.Tech QROR) programme at the Indian Statistical Institute Kolkata is INR 40,000 for the 2-year program. This fee covers tuition, on-campus lodging, some books and study materials, examination materials, and laboratory charges, among others. However, the fee does not cover caution money, food related expenses, lodging and any travel expenses that the students may incur in the 4th Semester when they visit any industrial location.
In order to be eligible for admission to ISI M.Tech (QROR), an applicant must have
(i) a Master’s Degree in Statistics with Physics and Chemistry at the (10+2) level;
or
(ii) a Master’s Degree in Mathematics with Statistics as a subject at undergraduate or post-graduate level, and Physics and Chemistry at the (10+2) level; or
(iii) a BE/B Tech degree or any other qualification considered equivalent (such as AMIE).
The programme is offered in two streams:
Statistics Stream for candidates with qualifications (i) or (ii) mentioned above;
Engineering Stream for candidates with an undergraduate degree in Engineeringor Technology as in (iii) above.

Well, it is pretty expensive. It will cost a good amount of your cranial potential to get through the entrance examination. Apart from that you need to invest good amount of time preparing yourself for the written examination as well as the interview. The approximate fee for the entire course is INR 40,000.

No, you cannot enter the BSDs programme of ISI Kolkata through IISER Aptitude Test (IAT). The JEE Main and CUET (UG) score have been used for admission to ISI Kolkata's Bachelor of Statistical Data Science (BSDS) program. The IAT is especially for admission to BS (Research) programs in IISers.
