The institute offers a BSc programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, comprising the curriculum formulated in collaboration with the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and IGNOU. The institute also offers a regular BSc NRI programme. Apart from the degree programme, IHM Mumbai extends a UG & PG diploma, certificate courses (including a 6-month full-time certificate in Craft Course in Professional Bartending), and short courses under the 'Hunar Se Rozgar' programme.
IHM Mumbai sees every hotel company in the country visiting it during the placement season. And these companies come in with their best programs for placements, generally called MT Programs (Management Trainee programs).
