Step 1: IHM Hajipur BSc Application Process 2025:

Before applying for the course, candidates should register themselves on the NCHMCT examination portal.

Step 1.1: Candidates are required to register themselves on the NCHMCT website by entering their details. Once they are registered, an application number and a password will be generated.

Step 1.2: Once the application number is generated, candidates are required to log in to their account using the password to fill out the application form.

Step 1.3: Fill in the details and upload scanned images of your signature (between 4 KB and 30 KB) and passport-size photograph against a black/white background (between 10 KB and 200 KB). All the scanned images should be uploaded in JPG/JPEG format only.

Step 1.4: Pay the IHM Hajipur BSc application fee or fee for entrance exam, i.e., INR 1000, using Debit/Credit Card/ Net Banking to complete the application process.

STEP 2: Appear for Exam & Release of Cutoff List

In the next step, students need to appear for the entrance examination. Following this, a cutoff list is released. Students with a score equal to or more than the cutoff can participate in counselling for seat allotment.

Step 3: Counselling

The admission is through a common joint entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency, followed by counselling for allotment to the Institute. Further, at the time of counselling, candidates can choose IHM Hajipur in their choice filling.

STEP 4: Document Submission for Admission Confirmation

After the seat allotment process, students need to submit important documents to the institute.
