August 23, 2022: For the students in batches 22–24, ITM Kharghar's HR department organised a panel discussion on July 23, 2022, under the banner of CHAI pe CHARCHA. "Understanding Campus to Corporate Transition: Challenging Role of HR" was the discussion's theme. The students were invited to hear from HR specialists from various industries about their experiences.

The panelists consisted of Rohit Sharma, Head HR services Bayer AG, Jyotsana Kasar, Talent acquisition Manager from Apac Industry Ltd, Ketki Shetty Executive Coach and NLP Practitioner, Ankush Roy Deputy VP HR and training Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Dhara Vyas CPO, Suryoday Small Finance Bank and Aditya Lakras. Participants are inspired by harmony and tranquilly at work, which increases output and promotes productive working relationships. HR is a key player in this as the company's brand ambassador.

In a world where technology is rapidly advancing and the workforce must adapt in order to survive, bridging this gap is currently HR's most challenging duty.

Charcha's presentation came to an end with a pleasant round of questions and answers.

Department of Operations and Supply Chain Management Organises Seminar on Material Management

November 20, 2019: ITM Business School, recently conducted a seminar on material management. Vice president SAVIC technologies Yuvraj Thombre was invited to deliver a session on SAP ERP Software during this seminar. The idea was to educate students on all material management-related activities such as inventory management, material requirement, material valuation, operational cost minimization, procurement activities, process planning can be well processed and achieved with the help of SAP MM module which is an integral part of SAP ERP Software. Thombre is a licensed professional with over 13 years experience in the management and consultancy of SAP software in India, Sri Lanka. And, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) is a technology used for smooth running of organisational processes. All data is stored on cloud in a database which can be easily accessible from anywhere is the world.

The seminar was very beneficial for students who aspire for a career  in similar domain.

Department of Operations Invites General Manager (IRQS) to Deliver a Session

November 20, 2019: ITM group of Institutions organised a lecture on “Quality standards in Service Industry” on November 15. The session was aimed at educating students about this vertical of opertaions for a career. General manager at Indian Register Quality Service (IRQS) Mumbai, Amod Deshpande were invited to deliver the lecture. Deshpande has 23 years of work experience in Production and Quality Assurance in Automotive Industry. The IRQS is the first Indian certification body to provide management systems certified service according to various ISO standards developed in 1991, which has been increasingly popular and is now recognised among the world's leading certification bodies, since the 1987 ISO 9000 Quality Management System Standard was issued.

Great college and 5 months internship is good .

Placements: ITM has a very good 5-month internship program, which really helps me get corporate world exposure. ITM provided me with the opportunity to do a Nomura internship as a Finance Operation Analyst, which gave me very good exposure to investment banking back office operations.

I am very satisfied with this university.

Placements: Almost 100% students got placed in top companies and startups. The highest salary package offered ranges between 8 LPA to 9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are DBS, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, etc. Training is also conducted for placements and interviews.

ITM Business School, Navi Mumbai generally offers entrance-based admission. The college profile-based selection process that emphasizes academic performance and personal interviews over entrance exam scores. It is not a completely direct admission process, it doesn't require entrnace exam scores.
