ITS Engineering College offers BTech in various specialisations on the basis of merit and entrance. The College offers admission to BTech on the basis of Class 12 qualification with a minimum aggregate of 45% with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology.
