Our college doesn't provide any internships or invite companies for internships, so one has to get this on their own.

Good learning environment, moderate placements, and scope for improvement.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students are placed. Average package is 6 LPA, the highest is around 12 LPA to 14 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Capgemini. About 50-60% secured internships in similar firms. Roles offered are mainly software engineer, analyst, and associate engineer.
Infrastructure: Our department has decent facilities with Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, spacious classrooms, and access to a good library. Hostel facilities are average, with basic amenities. Mess food is manageable though not great, while the canteen offered better options. Medical facilities are available on campus, and sports infrastructure supports both indoor and outdoor games, encouraging student participation.
Faculty: Faculty members are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with most having a good command of their subjects. Teaching quality is satisfactory, though more practical exposure could be added. The curriculum is relevant but not fully industry-oriented. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and with regular study, most students cleared easily, leading to a high pass percentage.
Other: I am from the B.Tech IT batch currently in first year. I chose this course due to my interest in technology and career opportunities. The best part is the supportive faculty members and hands-on labs. However, more industry exposure and advanced electives would improve it. Campus has good fests, active clubs, scholarships, and decent connectivity with a friendly crowd.

I am satisfied with it because of the value of money and the less attendance issue.
Placements: The placement record of our course has been quite encouraging in recent years, with a significant percentage of students securing job offers through campus recruitment drives. On average, 40-50% of students from the course get placed successfully, reflecting the effectiveness of both our academic course curriculum and industry-oriented training initiatives.
Infrastructure: Our department provides essential facilities to support both academic and extracurricular activities learning. Classrooms are equipped. The department has computers and internet availability. The hostel facilities are decent for the price, which is Rs. 1,800. Sports and extracurricular activities are negligible in college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and well-qualified. They have knowledge of their subject. Some teachers are PhD holders. The course curriculum is not that relevant, and it does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult and are easy to score. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I have a keen interest in software technology, so I chose this course. The best thing is placements in that field. I wish that the course curriculum would be updated. Events and fests are not happening here.

Placements in JEC are not good.
Placements: In Jabalpur Engineering College, around 35-40% of students get placed. The package is not so good. The highest package is 12 LPA and the lowest package is 1 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are L&T, Accenture, Wipro, etc. 50-60% of students get placements in above mentioned companies.
Infrastructure: Facilities are okay. All branches have separate buildings. Each has a Wi-Fi facility, water cooler, and labs. Classroom quality is average. New buildings have excellent classes. Hostel rooms are good. Each room has 2 occupancies with basic needs. It has a mess inside each hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is not so good. Semester exams are moderate. Almost every student passes exams. The course curriculum is old. It is not enough to make students industry-ready. Students have to do side hustle.

Campus placement is very good.
Placements: Placement opportunities in this college are awesome. Around 70 to 80% of the students get placed every year, and some of them get internship. The topmost recruiting companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, etc. Visit the college campus to recruit the students.
Infrastructure: Students get all the facilities like a big classroom, Wi-Fi, labs, library, and many sports. Infrastructure of the college is awesome. Students can eat from the canteen or from the mess. Students also get hostel facilities from the college.
Faculty: Faculty of the college is good. All the teachers have done a Masters in their particular field. Course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry ready. Teachers are willing to clear students doubts. Exams are conducted in a semester pattern.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placement opportunities and very less on-campus placements.
Placements: Placement is not so good. On campus, approximately 20-30 % of students are placed. Only mechanical and electrical branch companies came. Very few and very minimum salary offering companies came and there is a lack of placement companies for its branches.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and building is a very old model, there is no new or modern infrastructure. Also, there is a lack of new Infrastructure. The mechanical and electrical building's infrastructure is very poor, but the mechatronics and other branch buildings are good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good, supportive, and very helpful in nature. The exams are good, and scoring is not as easy as compared to other colleges. Teachers are educated, but their teaching skills are very basic, they only teach you to score well in college exams.
Other: Campus and crowd life is boring. There are no fests organized by faculty members or the college, but there are some fests organized by students combinedly.
