Faculty is the best and placements are low but fee is great.
Placements: 70 percent of students are placed this year with the highest package of 14 LPA and the lowest package of 2.6 LPA, and the overall average package of college is 6 LPA. The company that offered the highest package is Mantra. The department has just signed a MOU with a teaching-based firm and got about 17 students an internship.
Infrastructure: Faculty was short for our department, but recently some guest faculty have been appointed. But the number of lab classes is less and theoretical classes are more. Hostels are not in good condition and dirty, the mess is private, and the quality of food is not good.
Faculty: Teachers in JEC are well qualified and knowledgeable and help a lot with your studies and even guide you in your life problems, but the curriculum is out of date here. This course will not teach you much about real-life problems as the main focus here is on theory, and semester exams are not that tough here; all questions are from previous year questions.
Other: I chose this course because of my low marks, but the best thing about this course is the low fees and good community, as not even a single batch is passed out from this course; it still has a good community.

It is a bad government college in MP.
Placements: It is a new branch of JEC, and there is no placement because the final-year students are coming in 2025.
But in college, other branch students are placed with the highest package of 12 lacs and the lowest package of 3 lacs per annum.
The average package is 5 lacs per annum.
Infrastructure: In my course, a new building is constructed and our first batch opens the ceremony for the new building. I am a second-year student who is going into the new building after the first year.
In the new building, all labs are present that are required in my course, like IoT.
Faculty: In my course, only Hod ma'am has a doctorate in artificial intelligence and others are guest faculty; they were not taught properly.
In my college, two semesters are held in one year, one in the middle of the semester and the other in the middle of the semester.
