- MBBS/ BSc: Students seeking admission to MBBS are required to apply via the NEET UG entrance exam. They can register themselves on the official website of NTA NEET. There, students must register, fill out the application form, upload all the scanned images for required documents and make payment of the application fee.

- MD/ MS/ MDS: For admission to the PG courses, except for MSc, students are required to apply via the official website of INICET. Interested candidates have to complete the following four stages: basic registration, confirming the status of basic registration, code generation and final registration.

INI CET 2025 counselling July session dates and schedule were announced by AIIMS. The counselling began with mock round on June 14, 2025. Seat allotment result for mock round counselling INI CET 2025 July session was announced on June 18, 2025. Round-1 Seat allotment result was declared on June 25, 2025. Round-2 result was uploaded on July 10, 2025. The counselling is held online for seat allotment. Only INI CET qualified candidates can participate in the counselling for seat allotment. A total of 4 rounds of counselling will be held.
NTA will release the NEET 2026 result in July, 2026 after the NEET re-exam has been conducted. The cutoff will be released for the admission to the UG-level medical courses for MBBS and BDS and other courses.

No. According to the official information brochure, candidates will have to register online. Registration can be done on the official website, aiimsexams.ac.in to submit applications for AIIMS INI CET 2026 exam. It must be noted that INI CET application form is filed in two stages, basic and final registration. Those who complete the basic registration can go for final registration. Generation of the Exam Unique Code (EUC) is mandatory to submit applications for INI CET exam.
Yes, JIPMER provides the National Scholarship for Higher Education for ST Students, which was formerly known as the Central Sector Scheme of Top Class Education for ST students. This scholarship is available for students belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category who are pursuing their higher education at the undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate (PG) level in professional courses such as MBBS, MD, BSc, and Certificate, among others.
To check the merit list for JIPMER Puducherry for admission to the MD, MS, MCh and MDS courses, students have to first appear for the INI CET entrance examination.
