The specialisations are Anatomy, Pathology, Pediatrics, Physiology, Psychiatry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Anaesthesiology, Radio-Diagnosis, General Medicine, Nuclear Medicine, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiation Oncology, Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology, Immuno Haematology & Blood Transfusion.
JIPMER (Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research) offers the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme. Admission to the JIPMER MBBS programme is done through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG, which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NEET UG is a national-level entrance examination conducted annually for admission to undergraduate medical programmes in India.
