My college is very good. It has a very good environment.

Placements: I took admission in JMIT in B.tech mechanical engineering. The highest package of my college is around 30 lakhs. Many students got placement in big companies like Amazon and Google. All students got placement in their final year in most of the top companies.

Infrastructure: JMIT has a huge library with a lot of books. It provides free wi-fi to all students. It has a very big canteen with fresh food and mess. There is a dispensary and ambulance, which are available all the time. There are two sports grounds with all games like cricket, football, and volleyball.

Faculty: This college has very educated faculty. The faculty members are very supportive. They help students at all times regarding their studies. There is a first semester exam in January; each exam is worth 70 marks and 30 marks depend on student behavior, attendance and sessional marks.

Other: I chose B.Tech. mechanical engineering to become a chief engineer in the merchant navy.

It has everything you want in a normal college.

Placements: Every year, about 65% of the students get placed. The highest package offered in our course is 9.5 LPA, the lowest is 2.4 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. In our course, the top recruiting companies are Dean, Maruti, TCS, etc. All the students in our course get internships in different companies like TCS and Wipro. In ME, AutoCAD, material mechanics, and various other roles are offered.

Infrastructure: Facilities of the hostel are very good. All classrooms are accommodated with air conditioning and a smart class with a projector and whiteboard. The library is neat and tidy. The rules are strict in the library. The quality of food is good. Every day, we can have a different menu. We also have options while having food. The Wi-Fi is in every corridor of the college with a good speed of around 5 to 7 MB/s downloading speed. Every year, we have inter-year, inter-college, and inter-university level competitions in sports. The canteen is very cheap from the outside world, and the food is good. As a college student, food in the canteen is easily affordable.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is very good. Every teacher is friendly in nature. The course curriculum is relevant. Every 2 months, there is probably an industry visit to different big cities like Chandigarh, etc. Exams are at a moderate level according to university criteria. 33% is the pass percentage. Project submission assignments are good enough to make your schedule for the day busy.

Other: It was my choice and passion for this course. The best thing about our course is that the more you study, the more you can achieve in your studies and continue studying at a higher level. The course can get better by adding robotics and aeronautical science as subjects. Every month, there are four to five events. Every year, there is an inter-college fest. The campus crowd is good. It contains people from different parts of northern India. The campus is surrounded by good security and greenery. There are extracurricular activities, and we can take part in club activities.

I'm dissatisfied as they have non-veg on the menu. It has good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: There are good placement offers in JMIT which is a very good place to study. Placements are provided in top companies and are good. Mechanical is hefty of placements and payout is average but overall is good in today time where a job is difficult to get. The placements with average pay are almost better than many colleges.

Infrastructure: I lived in the hostel and I must say hostels are also good though but it is Haryana so but the hostel is good and overall faculty members are good too. Hostel students also have a gym facility. The food served is average and hygiene is also good there.

Faculty: Teachers are too good and cheating is not allowed in exams. All the teachers are very friendly but in the exams, they are strict. It also has practicals and makes students ready for industrial work. Semester exams are difficult. Some students face difficulty in passing exams. But most of them pass but not with good grades. Around 80% of the students pass semester exams and there is no chance of bunking class because they have a fingerprint attendance system.

Other: I chose this course because it has value for money and good education quality. Fee charges are not high and they deliver good placements. The education campus is huge and friendly. The college has a green environment and the surroundings are very clean and green. Extracurricular activities like kabbadi and many more sports like art exhibitions, etc., are held.

It is the best college for B.Tech courses.

Placements: Placements for the IT sector is good. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc., visit our college for placements. Many students apply for off-campus placements too and acquire good packages. Students from other branches are sometimes eligible for some placements. The highest salary package offered ranges from 10-12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Many students apply for off-campus placements to grab better opportunities. Our campus also prepares students for placements. About 40-50 of students get placements on-campus. I planned to opt for higher studies to gain more knowledge.

Infrastructure: The hostel facility is available, but the rooms are normal. The infrastructure in our college is good. The campus is very congested. Wi-Fi facility is available, but the speed is average. The library is good, and it has all the books. Sports facilities are also not good. Only one cricket match is organised in a year.

Faculty: The course curriculum is good. The ratio between students and faculty is 120:1. All the faculty members are well-qualified. Their way of teaching is good. Some teachers are PhD holders, and some are M.Tech qualified. Many teachers have published their research papers also. Many teachers are very supportive in every term. They also provide extra classes according to the students' convenience to help them in their studies. They also support us apart from our studies. Our examinations are on time, and it is not too difficult to pass them. Some dedication towards studies can make it easy to pass our exams.

Other: The annual fest named Enchante is conducted in March or April every year. Fest is conducted for three days continuously. Our college organises so many activities in our fest like modelling, dancing, singing, acting, etc. Tech fest is also organised every year in the month of January or February. Our college conducts most of the activities related to the technical field. Sports meet is also organised every year. The fest organised at our college is amazing. I have chosen this course because I am interested in this field and want to enhance my skills.

I chose this course because I am interested in automobile and mechanical engineering.

Placements: The placements in our college are outstanding. Few students got placed from the ECE branch, and the placements are good only for CSE and IT students. The highest salary package offered for CSE or ECE students is 10 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA. Only service-based companies visit here like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Code Quotient etc. Few students got internships.

Infrastructure: The campus is very neat and clean and has infrastructure. The college provides hostel facilities, but the rooms are congesting. The campus has Wi-Fi, but it is of average speed. The library in our college is good, and all books are available. All the labs are available in our college, but teachers are not that skilled to teach students. Food quality is not that good in the hostel mess. The food in the canteen is good, but it is also expensive. All the medical facilities are available in our college. All the sports facilities are available, like cricket, football etc.

Faculty: The faculty members are helpful, and they provide all the notes to students. Students have to study on their own. Teaching quality is not that good. Some teachers teach very well, but some teachers don't. The course curriculum does not make students industry-ready.
