Don't take admission in skiet.
Placements: There is 0% placement in all the deppt. When u will be go to take the admission the he will say to u that about the placement. Bt when u will complete it college the. U will see there are no placement. The college is a only a source of business. No body support for the placement all the student always upset regards to the placement and very sad only because of the college because the college is never support for the placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Smart class facility is available in the college. Hostel is also available because it is a very old college. And there are totalbm 8 building. I suggest u all the student that don't take admission in this college. Wi-Fi is available in the college. Library is also good there is a large ground for the play quality of food is average.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful, bt average qualified and he has limited knowledge. And the teaching quality is so bad. No body recommend u for the industrial training all the student must have required self study when u take admission in the college. No. The course is not useful from this college.

SKIET is one of the oldest private colleges in Haryana.
Placements: There are no placements for our department in 2017. The placements are done for companies like CSE and ECE departments. The quality of the education is below average in this college because of the shortage of the staff. Admissions to B.Tech is very less now this year because of the college performance is not adequate.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but there is no facility like transportation in the college. But the hostel facility is said to be very good. The food available is good enough. The playgrounds were also available for the students. The canteen and library facilities are also available.
Faculty: The faculty of the college is average. The teachers are good, but I think in this college the quality of education is average than other colleges in Kurukshetra. The teaching labs are available for all department courses like CSE, mechanical, electronics and civil etc. The library facility is also provided to students. Four years course i.e. B.Tech in this college is done in which two semesters are held for examination in a year. Sometimes events and programs, parties also held in the college.
Other: The college is good. I recommend students to take admission in the college according to their choices and interests, but SKIET is one of the oldest private colleges in Haryana. Nowadays because of the decrease in the demand for B.Tech engineering, the facilities of every private college are same as SKIET college because of the shortage of admissions in these colleges.

No placements but the best infrastructure.
Placements: To be honest, there are no placements in this college. Specially, the mechanical branch had no placements. I haven't got placed, and no placements for my seniors as well. Apart from this, the college can't be able to get any internship opportunities for your career.
Infrastructure: I admit that there is a mind-blowing infrastructure in this college. When you take an entry from the huge gate, there is parking on the right side, and after that, there are three buildings. The first building is for administrative and first-year students; secondly is for mechanical and CSC students, last but not the least, the third one is for management. Back side there is a cafe and boys hostel.
Faculty: If we talk about the faculty and administration, there is a huge team available for students and management also. They are well educated and very much dedicated. Especially, the mechanical branch and our principal Mr Viraj Tyagi is one of the great teachers with lots of knowledge, and he is a PhD holder.

Very bad university and really bad faculty.
Placements: The placement is really bad. A few companies visited our college but the placement percentage is about 5-8%. The placement cell is also not cooperative. I passed out last year. But still, I am jobless.
Mechanical placements are about 0% while CSE placements are about 10%. Overall, it is really bad in terms of placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not OK, but progress is still going to make it better. Classrooms are very ordinary. Only two or three classrooms are smart classrooms, while other classrooms are in really bad situations. The main building is OK, but it is too old at about 20 years. It is not the infrastructure for which you pay 70,000+ per year. Overall, the infrastructure is not good.
Faculty: The faculty team of this college is not like any other. They are students who have studied earlier in this college. They don't know how to Teach. Actually, any medium students who have good interest in engineering or any subject of engineering know more than them. In exams, they take a bribe to cheat in exams. I can tell you these things because I know all the faculty members of this college.
Other: I just want to say that if you are a medium student, this college is not for you. It comes under Kurukshetra University, which is now a D-grade university in 2017 in Haryana. The result making of this university is worse. Only 5-10% results come every year.
I just want to warn all the students that it is better to study hard for a JEE exam and get in any NIT or IIT. This college is not good for students who want to become an engineer.

Review of SKIET - Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Top recruiting companies are Indian Navy, MRF Tyres, etc. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the maximum salary package offered is 17 LPA in the IT branch. Courses offered in our college are mechanical engineering, civil engineering, computer science engineering, electronics engineering and IT, and our college also offers BBA, MBA, Polytechnic, etc.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are decent, but the mess delivers a highly nutritious and healthy food. Special attention is paid toward hygiene in the mess and hostel. Canteen facilities are also very impressive.
Faculty: There are a lot of experienced faculty members who always try to make students motivated. There are a lot of practical labs which provide a keen description of instrument used in the industry.
Other: This college achieved a top 10 ranking in Haryana engineering college.
