Very bad university and really bad faculty.
Placements: The placement is really bad. A few companies visited our college but the placement percentage is about 5-8%. The placement cell is also not cooperative. I passed out last year. But still, I am jobless.
Mechanical placements are about 0% while CSE placements are about 10%. Overall, it is really bad in terms of placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not OK, but progress is still going to make it better. Classrooms are very ordinary. Only two or three classrooms are smart classrooms, while other classrooms are in really bad situations. The main building is OK, but it is too old at about 20 years. It is not the infrastructure for which you pay 70,000+ per year. Overall, the infrastructure is not good.
Faculty: The faculty team of this college is not like any other. They are students who have studied earlier in this college. They don't know how to Teach. Actually, any medium students who have good interest in engineering or any subject of engineering know more than them. In exams, they take a bribe to cheat in exams. I can tell you these things because I know all the faculty members of this college.
Other: I just want to say that if you are a medium student, this college is not for you. It comes under Kurukshetra University, which is now a D-grade university in 2017 in Haryana. The result making of this university is worse. Only 5-10% results come every year.
I just want to warn all the students that it is better to study hard for a JEE exam and get in any NIT or IIT. This college is not good for students who want to become an engineer.

Review of SKIET - Shri Krishan Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Top recruiting companies are Indian Navy, MRF Tyres, etc. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the maximum salary package offered is 17 LPA in the IT branch. Courses offered in our college are mechanical engineering, civil engineering, computer science engineering, electronics engineering and IT, and our college also offers BBA, MBA, Polytechnic, etc.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are decent, but the mess delivers a highly nutritious and healthy food. Special attention is paid toward hygiene in the mess and hostel. Canteen facilities are also very impressive.
Faculty: There are a lot of experienced faculty members who always try to make students motivated. There are a lot of practical labs which provide a keen description of instrument used in the industry.
Other: This college achieved a top 10 ranking in Haryana engineering college.
