Classrooms and Labs: The university is equipped with 106 well-equipped computer labs and specialised laboratories, catering to various disciplines and ensuring that students have access to the latest tools and technologies for their academic pursuits. These facilities are designed to provide hands-on experience and foster innovation, enabling students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings. Whether it's for coding, research, or experimentation, SVU's labs are integral to the learning experience, preparing students for the challenges of their respective fields.

Library: The library at K J Somaiya School of Education is a central resource for students, faculty, and staff. It offers a wide range of materials, including books, e-books, journals, and multimedia content, to support learning and research. Users can easily search for resources through the online catalogue and access digital content remotely using their SVV Net ID. The library also provides comfortable reading spaces and various services like book reservations, renewals, and reference assistance to enhance the academic experience.

Hostel: Somaiya Vidyavihar has 4 hostels on campus, namely, Sandipani Hostel, Maitreyi Hostel, Polytechnic Hostel and Ashtavakra Hostel.

• Sandipani Hostel is a boys' hostel building spread over 1,53,000 sq ft across 11 floors. The hostel accommodates 683 boys on a double and triple sharing basis. 
• Maitreyi Hostel is a girls' hostel spread over 94,000 sq ft over 5 floors. The hostel has an intake capacity of 373 girls on a double and triple sharing basis.
• Polytechnic Hostel is a boys and girls hostel building 47637.37 sq ft across 6 floors. The hostel accommodates boys and girls on a four-sharing basis.
• Ashtavakra Hostel is spread across an area of 216994.71 sq ft in the area spread over 12 floors. The hostel has an intake capacity of 712 boys and girls on Twin sharing, triple sharing and dormitory basis.

Sports Facilities: KJ Somaiya College of Education gives a lot of importance to providing excellent sports facilities to the students. The campus has an athletic court of 8 lanes x 400 metres international standard, with steeplechase, long-jump and triple-jump pits. There is a basketball court which is synthetic acrylic-coated. There is a cricket pitch which is ready to host a world-class event. There are 2 badminton courts and 5 squash courts.
