A good college with decent placement opportunities.
Placements: Around 30 to 50 percent of students get placed in the B.Com course from my college. The highest package is 9 LPA to 10 LPA. The lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiters are Wipro, Infosys, Bajaj Capital, Kotak Mahindra, and other prestigious entities. 30 percent of students get internship opportunities from my course in various prestigious entities like Wipro, Kotak, Mahindra, and others mentioned above.
Infrastructure: Department of Commerce offers us spacious rooms with fans, proper lighting, and some of the rooms are equipped with LCD projectors, which help us in presentations and organizing seminars. Also, we get a Computer Science laboratory that is fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi data from the Delhi University network.
Faculty: The faculty is fully qualified and most professors hold masters degree or M.Phil. or Ph.D. credentials. Some of the senior professors have deep knowledge in the core subjects like financial accounting, company law, business administration and management, and economics.

Strong faculty, infrastructure & campus life. Placements are the only letdown.
Placements: Campus placements in our college are very poor. Once, I attended a meeting of the intern cell in our college. An alumnus of our college came to guide the students on how to make a strong resume so that we could get selected for interviews. She shared her experience with us. She landed a job on her own because our college is an off-campus college. That is why campus placements are rare, and packages are very low. Roles in this course include Human Resource Manager, Business Operator, Investment Banker, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities in my department include Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, & a library. Wi-Fi is available in every room. We have Nescafé, Mother Dairy outlets, and a canteen in our college. The food quality is good. We have a proper medical room in our college with many facilities. We also have a sports room. In all batches, we have to attend the sports class once a week. We have to play games as per the schedule. We play both indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: Teachers in my B.Com department are helpful. They are knowledgeable and qualified. They help us a lot in academics. They also motivate us towards our goals and share their experiences with us. The curriculum is relevant to the industry's needs because our teachers teach us real-time examples related to company issues. The semester exams are easy. The passing percentage is around 90–95% because I rarely hear that someone fails in my class.
Other: I chose it because it is my goal. Best thing is the versatility it offers. It builds a strong foundation for careers in finance, accounting, banking, or even entrepreneurship. Things I wish were better include strengthening professional and soft skills. Digital literacy would also help better prepare us for the modern corporate landscape. Events happen very often. The fest takes place once a year for 3 days. The campus is always crowded. Connectivity is good. Scholarships are available. For extracurricular activities, we have societies and clubs.

Go for it, Kalindi College.
Placements: I chose the B.Com programme. Around 90% of students get placed. The highest and lowest packages vary, with the average package being around 4–5 LPA, depending on the companies. Top companies include Amazon, Flipkart, Google, and many more. Many students get internships through the course at companies like Flipkart, Amazon, Google, and others.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The department is also good. The library is nice. The classrooms are good. At Kalindi College, the hostel work is in progress and will hopefully open soon. The canteen is good. The food is also good. The taste is okay too. A wide variety of food is available at different prices.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in nature. They complete the syllabus on time. Sometimes, teachers are strict about assignments & tests, but it is good. Teachers are qualified and also knowledgeable. They help students understand topics in easy ways. They are also frank in nature.
Other: Fest also happens at the college in the month of April. The campus crowd is good.

Dissatisfied with the education system, students waste time in a fast-paced, competitive world.
Placements: No placement is better, because I haven't really heard of any. Those who get placements are source-based, recommendation-based, and reference-based. Basically, kids from influential families and Delhi-origin students get internships in companies. Only finance and political science students generally get unpaid internships.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel. The so-called hostel is taking longer than decades to become operational. Cracked classroom walls can collapse during earthquakes. Air conditioning is not available for students in classes. The canteen food is poor. There is no Wi-Fi. Half of the computers in labs are inoperable and not compatible with the latest technology.
Faculty: Some teachers are good. Some are very rude and not punctual. Some are very keen to test students' patience. They try to act smart and superior and behave harshly. All in all, teachers are better than the infrastructure and system. Some really try to understand students.
Other: There is a lack of AI learning and relevant, useful, practical, career- and job-oriented learning. No scholarship is provided. I got into Delhi University thinking it was a government university with lower fees. But without hostel facilities, living near the college costs Rs. 20,000 per month for 3 years. Government should provide a hostel to every student who lives more than 3 hours from home. The system is extremely disappointing for students living in India.

College has a good environment .
Placements: Business analyst was the highest job role offered in my course. The college annually conducts Internship Mela, where students are given great exposure and opportunities through which they can become independent and grow. Through these events, students get to experience real interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is decent, and it provides all the basic amenities. It is continuously improving itself. We have air-conditioned cyber centers, computer labs, sports and medical facilities. Needs of students are considered, and improvements are made accordingly.
Faculty: Faculty is really good and experienced. They are supportive and understanding towards students' problems and encourage students to take part in extracurricular activities. Field trips are conducted to make students experience the real working environment.

College infrastructure was average, but the faculty is good.
Placements: Around 50 percent of students are placed. The average package is 5 LPA. Wipro, TCS, and Infosys are top recruiters. 60 percent of students got internships in small companies and startups. 40 percent of students got internships in larger companies with high skills.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good but not excellent. Cleanliness & hygiene are maintained. Wi-Fi, labs, and a library are available. Medical rooms, sports rooms, and a gym are also available with the required equipment and medicines. However, the hostel is under construction and not ready yet.
Faculty: Teachers have a friendly nature. They have good teaching skills with excellent knowledge. They give real-life examples to make students understand. Teachers also give assignments to make students ready for real-life problems by doing research. The level of difficulty of exams is not so high. It is easy to moderate, and one can easily score 7+.
Other: Many other societies are available to boost your extracurricular activities and gain real exposure.

Absolutely satisfied with my college.
Placements: As Kalindi College is one of the off-campus colleges of Delhi University, its placement rate is quite decent. Students getting placed from our college do not fetch very high packages, but they are very decent and good for any fresher to start a good career and boost their confidence. As I am pursuing B.Com, most of the preferred roles offered are in accounts, finance, and marketing.
Infrastructure: My college has its own Wi-Fi. There are also different Wi-Fi connections for different departments. The top-notch and well-maintained facilities are the medical room, gym, and sports room. Classes can be better and can be renovated. Although our college has proper ventilation and greenery all around it.
Faculty: Teachers in my college are very cooperative and supportive. Faculty in every department are perfect and knowledgeable. But college does not focus more on theoretical knowledge than practical experience. The semester exams are quite decent. Most students easily pass their respective exams.
Other: I chose this course because I want to make a career in accounts and finance. I think this is my best decision, as this college has a majority of students from commerce backgrounds. Our department has proper facilities. They keep organizing seminars to improve students' knowledge and help them grow in their field.

Average college with good academics.
Placements: Around 50%-60% of students get placement in their last year of graduation. There is a separate placement cell known as Kryptus in this college. Students also get the opportunity to be a volunteer during placement. The highest package offered is around 8 LPA- 9 LPA and the average is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon and Corizo.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is not so good. The buildings are very old and without maintenance. But I must say that the library and labs are in their best condition at maximum possible. Hostels just got ready in October 2025 and soon will start accommodation, they look pretty good so far.
Faculty: Teachers in this college are very friendly and good. They teach so good that's why Kalindi is known for academic excellence. Teaching quality is very good. It makes students industry-ready sometimes, but not always. There are no mid-semester exams in this college, only the main semester exams are conducted by DU, which you have to give and pass.
