Kamala Nehru College review.
Placements: Roles offered are clinical psychology, organizational psychology, career guidance, counsellor, sports psychology, professors, therapists, and, depending on the students, even content writers are there as well even people also go for human resources and all the other humanities courses.
Infrastructure: Labs are air-conditioned, classes are nice, improvements are made, and buildings are nice as well but need improvement. New buildings are being made, and development in sports is being made. Wi-Fi is there for a separate department, but jammers are there in the chaupal area.
Faculty: Faculty is nice. Teachers are supportive and have knowledge, and very sweet. Kamala Nehru's psychology is very popular as well, majorly because of the faculty, and therefore the cut-offs are also very high. It goes up to 870 to 900 for the reserved category.
Other: It's a nice college don't go for NIRF ranking.

Small campus, great facilities, helpful staff, & top sports/ library. Love the amazing environment.
Placements: I am not aware of how many students are actually placed in my college. I am in my first year and quite new to the college. However, my seniors tell me that some reputed companies come and place a few students in firms like McKinsey. I am not aware of the top roles offered for my course. However, the placement and internship drives are quite successful in my college.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi has connectivity only with certain internet providers. For other networks, it is quite difficult to get a signal on campus. So, the Wi-Fi is average in my college. Classrooms are well-furnished but cannot cater to the spatial demands of students. The canteen is quite good and serves good-quality food. The staff members are very friendly and nice to us. There are no hostel facilities available in my college.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and generous and give us extensions on assignment deadlines. Talking about the curriculum I have for my course, it is quite burdensome and heavy, though it suits the demanding nature of my course. However, I enjoy studying. Talking about the exams, they are moderately difficult. With a proper understanding of the concepts, the papers can be solved.

Good experience in my college years it is filled with many opportunities and new learnings.
Placements: We have a placement cell in our college, and they organise the placement fair every academic year, bringing in many opportunities for the students to sit for interviews as per their choice. Other than this, they also organise many workshops and seminars for the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure facilities have improved over the years. A new academic block has been established with various facilities. There are separate labs for psychology, computer, and geography in the college. The library is among the best, with newly updated books and good infrastructure.
Faculty: The professors are very well qualified and learned in their respective fields. They are friendly and open to discussions with the students. The curriculum is based on the new NEP policy, and the college offers lots of practical-based courses as well.
Other: The extracurricular opportunities are immense, with many societies offered for students to choose from as per their interests and choices.

The honest review of Kamala Nehru College.
Placements: I think the placements are okay, not much, and our college is mainly arts, so it doesn't have any placements really. That's one of the problems. The rest is fine, mostly for engineering, there are placements, but still that is problematic.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel, so I live in a PG, but the Wi-Fi in college is also weak. The library is very good it has all facilities, but the canteen is also very good. I really like the rate and food, so I love it honestly. Sports are also really good.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified, and I really love my course teacher. Most of them are highly qualified, and the curriculum is relevant, but I think there is a need for more practical knowledge. The exams are just rote learning, I'd say, because we just have to learn and write. Teachers are amazing.

Kamala Nehru College review as a graduate.
Placements: Around 67 percent of the students got placed. Placement is not so good here. You can participate in the education fair of other colleges as well. But I would say that the placement cell of the college is not good. Basic companies come. Not very good for placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure-wise it is very old but okay, okay. We don't have a hostel. The canteen is very nice. The library is also very nice. Administration is a little bit allowed, as you can expect, it is a government college. Overall, a great experience graduating from this college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very nice. They are talented and very friendly. Some faculty members are very rude which is rare among them. They don't listen, they just do their work. I would say the best professors you can find in Delhi University are in Kamala Nehru College.
Other: The safest place you can say. Fests are superb. Events are the best. Best college life.

I am satisfied with the faculty, but the infrastructure is barely minimal.
Placements: There is no formal placement process for psychology students in the department. One can see some opportunities from the placement cell of the college. It is also because psychology majors don't get a full-time job at the bachelor's level. One has to look for opportunities by themselves mostly.
Infrastructure: There are appropriate labs, many test batteries, and instruments. However, projectors often don't work, and we don't have SPPS software. More labs could be given instead of just 3. More recent tests and updated test batteries should be available. It is okay but not upto the mark.
Faculty: Faculty members are mostly good, experienced, and well-trained. They explain really well and try to train us well. They are good researchers as well, so one can have good research exposure and learning under them. However, there are two or three really bad faculty members. They guide us in research.
Other: There is very good exposure, as people come from different states. The campus is small, but the infrastructure is limited. Still, academic grounding is good.

It's an okay college, not the best, not the worst.
Placements: The placement and recruitment conditions are not the best in my college as students tend to find internships and jobs by themselves. They do not rely on the college for that because the college doesn't provide good companies and internships. We do have a society named placement cell that brings brands and companies into the college for recruitment. It only helps for very small of students, we have to do everything on our own.
Infrastructure: The college is quite small. The infrastructure is great. It has a calm environment. The internet coverage is the worst though, we get zero network inside the college except for when we are inside the library. The canteen is very affordable and the food is fine compared to the price, you can get a good and fulfilling meal for under Rs. 60-70, so it's worth it.
Faculty: Teachers are great and helpful. Some of them might not be that friendly, but they will still help you when it comes to their respective subject. Our exams happen twice a year. We have internal and external exams for every semester. Theory classes are all right, but practical classes are not great. Teachers are not able to convey what we want to teach to them and it just ends up being a theory class at the end, so we usually get no practical knowledge about the subject.
Other: The campus life is great, although you might feel a bit weird at first because it's a girls' college. As time goes by, you'll start to feel more comfortable. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. Teachers are great and some are pretty young so we relate to them a lot. The psychology of this college is quite nice, although we don't have enough classes to study in as sometimes we have to study on the ground or common room due to lack of classes, but other than that it is pretty good how teachers handle the syllabus.

Good environment and facilities.
Placements: According to the recent passed-out batch, placements were more than 30% of placements. Other than that, more than 50% of students from the batch are pursuing higher studies. The highest salary package offered is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are usually NGOs at a UG level. It includes CRY, Fortis, Wipro, and Delhi University. More than 30% of students are able to bag internships at companies like Smile Foundation and Selflessewa. Top roles offered include counsellor, sports psychologist, researcher, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities at our college are excellent. Classrooms are spacious and clean. There is Wi-Fi in every department. The library is of 3 floors with a variety of books. A lot of greenery is there. Medical facilities are available. There is a canteen and 2 cafes. They provide good food. The college has a basketball court and a ground. We have a sports room. Our basketball team recently won an intercollege match also. There is no hostel. The staff quarters adjacent to the college seem to be in good condition.
Faculty: All teachers hold PhD's. They are friendly and helpful in my course. They are experienced with some of my professors attending research discussions for American Psychiatric Association itself. There are practical and theory classes. A lot of my subjects give us full coverage of everything. Exams are moderately difficult. Almost 95% of students pass.
Other: I am keen to learn about the human mind and help people through it. The best thing about my course is that it balances the traits of social science and experiential science well, making it both empirical and intuitive. I revised the syllabus once because a lot of times it feels repetitive. An annual event named Ullas is held every year A lot of events are organized throughout the year both by the college and the department. We recently had mental health week in October and was amazing. Surroundings are great with the most facilities and a lot of greenery. There are many societies for extracurricular activities.
