Jesus and Mary College- A vibrant experience.
Placements: I am currently pursuing psychology honours. Jesus and Mary College has a good faculty of psychology as its second best, but the research part is weak. More opportunities should be offered. Only 20 percent of the general students are in this course, and the rest are in quotas, so we really need a high cutoff. We have to look for internships ourselves outside our college, as I am a first-year 2-semester student, so I have not received any from the college related to my course, but commerce-related internships are available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available is average. Classrooms are good and spacious. The library is good. Labs are very average, like psychology labs do not have facilities that they should have, and they are not advanced. The quality of food in the mess and canteen is quite good. There is a variety of sports and games in our college, and a lot of exposure to them.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Some teachers are not experienced. The teaching quality is good overall. The course curriculum is relevant, but instead of more focus on theory, it should focus on practical, as psychology requires outside exposure. I am a first-year student, so semester 1 exams are easy and not tough.

Review of Jesus and Mary College ,University of Delhi.
Placements: Psychology Honours is one of the most wanted, reputed, and respected courses of Jesus and Mary College. Top roles like psychologists and teaching psychology are offered. The average package offered ranges from 6-7 LPA. 80 percent of students are placed every year.
Infrastructure: Facilities like big libraries, which are fully air-conditioned, are available to all students and not exclusive to my department. The internet absolutely does not work on campus, and the Wi-Fi password is not given to students. Computer labs are very nice, just like private colleges.
Faculty: Teachers are extremely knowledgeable in what they teach. The teaching quality is very good and even surprising. Exams are made for the entire DU student community and they are not very difficult.
Other: Events happen very regularly. All kinds of quotas are present during admission time. Extracurricular activities are also given vital importance. JMC is a government college with a fee of literally Rs. 10,000-15,000 per semester.

It has a pretty campus, a good crowd, and a good course.
Placements: Placements are decent if we are active, so most students land internships via PR, digital marketing, etc. It is not 100 percent sure, but the JMC tag does matter since it is a well-reputed college. But placements cannot be relied upon, and most work must be done by the students themselves.
Infrastructure: There are no hostels in the JMC, so most students take PGs close by. The infrastructure for my course is decent. There is a Wi-Fi connection. The library is quite rich. However, the quality of classrooms can be better since tables and chairs are not the most convenient.
Faculty: Most of the staff members are good at teaching. They are very well educated. Some of them are really friendly as well. The course curriculum is not the best, as it is outdated and does not encourage useful skills like critical thinking. Exams are not very academically fulfilling.

I am pretty satisfied with my college.
Placements: Psychology Honors is a very prestigious course in Jesus and Mary College. It is the second best college throughout Delhi for the same. The internship opportunity in my course is very less as it is a very theoretical course. Instead, you have to pay to do a psychology internship. It really depends on the networking you have.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. We have great lab rooms with the appropriate tools needed. We have a huge library with an abundance of books in it. We have an amphitheater, an auditorium, canteen, and a huge playground. There is a gym in our college as well for sports students for 500 and other students too in general for 1000 rupees a month.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly educated, compassionate, and nice to students. The curriculum followed is appropriate too which gives us a good understanding of our course. The exam structure is also pretty smooth. There are practical learning experiences as well. We have many industry experts coming to college for ted talks, seminars, and workshops.
Other: The course I chose really intrigued me a lot. Learning about oneself, the mind, the body, and the brain. Our annual fest Montage is also really fun with lots of stalls and singers. The campus is really beautiful too with lots of flora and fauna.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: A lot of students choose to go out for studies, so they do not sit for placements, but whoever does get placed. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Genpact, etc., visit our campus. There are a lot of internship opportunities for this batch and many others. Top roles offered are in HR, sales, analysis, etc.
Infrastructure: There are a lot of facilities available on campus. We have gyms, psychology labs, practical bundles, and other study materials. The canteen and food are good. Our college washrooms and classrooms are hygienic. There are a lot of extracurricular activities and sports like football, basketball, etc.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and thorough with their concepts. At the end of college, students are prepared for the outside world and what is to come. The semester exams are not very difficult. It is good enough to test one's knowledge. The pass percentage is 33%.

Our university gives a memorable experience for people who live life on their own terms.
Placements: JMC guarantees great placements. Many students from other courses got placements. Psychology has a placement rate of 1 and for internships, we have to go to other places. There was no provision for internships in Psychology. There are paid internships where students have to pay a particular amount of money to get access the internships.
Infrastructure: JMC is well-equipped with everything required. Library has 3 floors and is very vast. There is Wi-Fi as well as functional desktops. Staff is very professional and strict about maintaining decorum on the premises. Eating is prohibited, talking is restricted and students must have an ID card to enter that are checked. Students are asked to fill in their details, before depositing their bags and entering the premises. Canteen food and beverage variety are enormous. Food is very hygienically prepared and there is a proper drink dispenser and a fridge with all sorts of drinks including water. Food is healthy as well as satiating, and the prices are very economical. There is proper ventilation and seating since it's more like a cafeteria. There are vast lawns for sports and a storage room for sports equipment. It is off-limits unless you need something from there, for which written permission is required. Caretaker will get the required equipment so nothing is damaged or misplaced.
Faculty: College has renowned faculty, especially in the field of Psychology. Lecturers are kind and sensitive towards the students needs. They are very approachable and professional. Our lecturers are with us at every step. Commendable efforts of our lecturers and the course design propel students towards real life and prepare them for the future. Semester exams and attendance are taken very seriously. Exams are not easy as they test not only how much information the student has grasped, but the experiential knowledge gained by each student. Questions are based on theory and practicals that students have done. Exams are application-based. We had practicals, our lecturers went out of their way to give us hands-on experiences and we've visited various institutions to get an idea of how things work.
Other: Campus is filled with caring and responsible people from students to administration. I will always remember my time here as it'll be a memorable experience. I chose Psychology honors since I wanted to help people find solutions to issues with daily functioning. Young adults like,e find themselves perplexed due to issues that might otherwise not be too difficult to navigate through. People want to be heard for once, without being bombarded by inapplicable advice, unrelatable suggestions, irrelevant taunts, or any other sort of judgment. People are very capable of finding solutions. All they need is some help, some assistance with their quest for a better and more functional life. I want to help people as much as possible, and in the process, learn a few things too.

One of the best college for girls in Delhi University.
Placements: We have to sit in placement drives and about 60% of students got placed. Top recruiting companies were Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y etc. We had to look for summer internships ourselves, which was a better option always. Roles were majorly offered on the basis of the course you are in.
Infrastructure: The facilities available are quite good as compared to other Delhi University colleges across different campuses. Wi-Fi is available but it doesn't always work, Labs are well-equipped as well as the library. There are books provided of every author.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful when it comes to academics and they provide us with the necessary notes and books to study from. Sessions are highly interactive and sometimes classes don't take place also. I think whatever we study as a part of our curriculum helps us to get us ready for the career we want to pursue.
Other: The campus is great as well as very green. Hygiene and cleanliness are well maintained on the college campus. It's a girls college so all you see are girls of different economic backgrounds and social backgrounds from all over Delhi/India. Our fest is one of the bests of DU.

Amazing faculty, good infrastructure and opportunities.
Placements: A lot of people was not placed. There were only 2-3 on-campus placements. There were only 3-4 off-campus placements. Some of the students chosen to study further. The average salary offered was almost Rs.10,000-15,000 per month. Accenture was the top recruiting company. The top role offered is an assistant psychologist.
Infrastructure: We had well-equipped labs and classrooms. The library is also pretty good. There was no hostel in my college. Faculty is well qualified and among the best in Delhi. We had Wi-Fi facility, but it didn't work most of the times properly. Our teachers went a step ahead to teach us new things.
Faculty: The quality of education was really good. Faculty are knowledgeable and do not just rely on the prescribed syllabus and theoretical textbooks and also teach practical knowledge. The curriculum is relevant as designed by Delhi University. However, there is much to be covered in a limited span.
Other: I was chosen this course because of my interest in psychology and wanted to pursue this course. Best things were the practicals we did, which gave us an idea about the reality outside the campus. College gave really good exposure, organised workshops, fests etc.
