Pathetic Faculty And Management.
Placements: The placement cell in this college does not work effectively. Only a few companies visit here, and the ones that do offer placements typically provide salaries ranging from 2.5-3 LPA at most. Moreover, the last placement drive was conducted about 2 years ago, resulting in only 2 to 3 students being placed. In simple terms, placements are rare here.
Infrastructure: The college does not have a playground for conducting sports activities. However, the infrastructure is acceptable. There are approximately 30 computers in the computer lab, out of which 6 to 7 are designated for faculty use. A small parking area is utilized for sports activities. The desks are in proper condition, and the classrooms are well-maintained.
Faculty: The teachers in this college are subpar. Some of them lack knowledge about the subjects they teach and show little concern for conducting lectures. At times, they even skip lectures altogether. Moreover, they struggle to answer our questions and simply regurgitate information from the textbooks without providing deeper insights.
Other: Teachers in this college sometimes resort to coercing students to participate in activities such as cheering during the annual function by insisting they act as part of the audience. If anyone refuses to comply, they deduct marks without valid reasons.
